Abstract

Berbagai metode sudah digunakan untuk
koordinasi antara transmisi dan distribusi guna
mendapatkan transparansi data untuk kelancaran
aliran daya. Kenaikan kebutuhan energi listrik saat ini
dapat menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan sistem seperti
peristiwa jatuhnya tegangan hingga penurunan pasokan
daya. Koordinasi sistem Transmisi Distribusi adalah
solusi yang tepat untuk menjaga kestabilan sistem,
sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis perencanaan sistem
kelistrikan yang optimal dan pertimbangan pelepasan
beban untuk mencegah terjadinya ketidakseimbangan
sistem. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang
efektif untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan diatas
yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Bender
Decomposition. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan dapat
diketahui bahwa metode Bender Decomposition dapat
digunakan sebagai solusi untuk koordinasi transmisi dan
distribusi seperti yang diambil dengan studi kasus 14
bus transmisi dan studi kasus 33 bus distribusi sebagai
sub problem yang digunakan.

Various methods have been used for coordination between transmission
and distribution in order to obtain data transparency for smooth power
flow. The increase in current demand for electrical energy can cause
system imbalances such as voltage drops to a decrease in power supply.
The coordination of the Distribution Transmission system is the right
solution to maintain system stability, so it is necessary to analyze the
optimal electrical system planning and consider load shedding to prevent
system imbalances. Therefore, an effective approach is needed to find a
solution to the above problems, namely by using the Bender
Decomposition method. From the simulation results, it can be seen that
the Bender Decomposition method can be used as a solution for the
coordination of transmission and distribution as taken by case studies of
14 transmission buses and case studies of 33 distribution buses as the sub�problems used.
