Abstract

Kebutuhan waktu proses pengedokan kapal menjadi hal yang diperhatikan oleh PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) dalam memenuhi tingkat kesiapan operasional kapal Ferry guna mencapai target pendapatan dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel terhadap waktu pengedokan kapal berdasarkan penilaian manajemen menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil analisis ANP menunjukkan bahwa manajemen memprioritaskan 5 (lima) variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap waktu pengedokan kapal Ferry yakni variabel umur kapal, panjang kapal, pekerjaan steelwork, pekerjaan overhaul ME&AE dan pekerjaan propeller dengan masing-masing tingkat pengaruh sebesar 46,10%; 18,50%; 9%; 4,9% dan 4%. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis data realisasi pengedokan kapal Ferry menggunakan metode forward stepwise regression guna mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel serta mendapatkan model regresi atau konfigurasi variabel terbaik sebagai Ship Docking Variable Configuration (SDVC) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap waktu pengedokan kapal Ferry. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa terhadap 8 (delapan) variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap waktu pengedokan kapal Ferry yakni umur kapal, panjang kapal, pekerjaan steelwork, pekerjaan overhaul ME&AE, pekerjaan propeller, deadweigth, pekerjaan pipa dan pekerjaan valve yang memberikan pengaruh sebesar 77,64% terhadap waktu pengedokan kapal Ferry. Perbedaan hasil analisis ANP dan regresi serta model SDVC yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan manajemen dalam menyesuaikan kembali stratgei manajemen pengedokan guna meminimalkan kebutuhan waktu pengedokan dan meningkatkan hari operasi kapal serta pendapatan dan kinerja korporasi. ================================================================================================ Ship docking time needs to be considered by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) to meet with operational readiness level of Ferry vessel to achieve the company revenue and performance achievement. This study aims to identify the effect of variables on the ship docking time based on management assessment using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The resuls of the ANP analysis show that the management prioritizes five variables that affect on Ferry docking time, namely ship age, length overall, steelwork, ME&AE overhaul work, and propeller work with each level of influence of 46,10%; 18,50%; 9%; 4,9% and 4%. This study also analyses the docking data of Ferry vessel using the forward stepwise regression method to identify the effect of the variables and to obtain the regression model or the best variable configuration as the Ship Docking Variable Configuration (SDVC) which has the most influence on Ferry docking time. The results of the regression analysis show that there are eight variables affect on Ferry docking time, namely ship age, length overall, steelwork, engine overhaull work, propeller work, deadweight, pipework, and valve work which have the affect of 77,64% on Ferry docking time. The difference of analysis result between ANP and regression with SDVC model that formed could be consideration of management to minimize docking time of the ship and increasing operation days of the ship thus increase the company revenue and corporate performance.
