Abstract

Proses pemilihan supplier dalam rantai pasok suatu bisnis merupakan langkah penting untuk memastikan kemampuan supplier dalam memberikan pasokan sehingga dapat menjamin ketersediaan barang untuk suatu bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik SM yang merupakan salah satu klinik mitra BPJS Kesehatan. Klinik SM saat ini sedang meningkatkan pelayanan farmasi menjadi apotek, namun supplier yang ada peformanya tidak memuaskan yang menyebabkan beberapa kerugian. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tingkat kepentingan dan kriteria yang digunakan dalam proses pemilihan supplier dengan proses brainstorming dan forum grup discussion (FGD) yang mana dilakukan dengan 5 orang tim klinik SM, mulai dari direktur, wakil direktur, apoteker dan 2 orang asisten apoteker. Nilai yang telah dikumpulkan akan dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mendapatkan bobot dari kriteria dan sub kriteria. AHP juga memberikan struktur keputusan dan alternatif dalam proses pemilihan supplier. Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi peforma pemasok berdasarkan kriteria yang telah telah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini juga membangun sistem pemilihan supplier berbasis spreadsheet yang dirancang menggunakan metode sistem development life cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan 6 kriteria dan 7 sub kriteria yang digunakan dalam proses pemilihan supplier. Antara lain, Harga dan cara pembayaran, kualitas, pengiriman, garansi, varian produk dan peformance history. Selain itu sistem pada penelitian ini dapat menampilkan ranking peforma supplier yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam proses pemilihan supplier.

The supplier selection process in the supply chain of a business is an important step to ensure the supplier's ability to provide supply so as to ensure the availability of goods for a business. This research was conducted at the Klinik SM, which is one of the BPJS Health partner clinics. Klinik SM is currently upgrading pharmacy services to become pharmacies, but the existing suppliers are not performing satisfactorily which causes some losses. This study identified the level of importance and criteria used in the supplier selection process with a brainstorming process and a group discussion forum (FGD) which was carried out with 5 Klinik SMal team members, starting from the director, deputy director, pharmacist and 2 pharmacist assistants. The values that have been collected will be calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to get the weights of the criteria and sub-criteria. AHP also provides decision structures and alternatives in the supplier selection process. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to evaluate supplier performance based on predetermined criteria. This research also builds a spreadsheet-based supplier selection system designed using the waterfall development life cycle (SDLC) system method. The results of the study obtained 6 criteria and 7 sub criteria used in the supplier selection process. Among other things, price and payment methods, quality, delivery, warranty, product variants and performance history. In addition, the system in this study can display supplier performance rankings which are used as a reference in the supplier selection process.
