Abstract

Rekayasa nilai atau Value Engineering (VE) merupakan teknik manajemen yang telah terbukti efektif untuk mencapai peningkatan desain, konstruksi, dan efektivitas biaya dalam berbagai elemen program transportasi. Pada penelitian ini, rekayasa nilai atau value engineering akan dilakukan pada pekerjaan struktur bawah Jembatan Joyoboyo karena memiliki biaya dan bobot pekerjaan yang paling besar yaitu Rp. 6.465.463.937,80 dengan spesifikasi pondasi tiang pancang diameter 0,6m mutu beton 52Mpa. Biaya tersebut dipengaruhi oleh segi pemilihan desain dan juga material yang digunakan. Analisis rekayasa nilai atau value engineering memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap informasi, tahap analisis fungsi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisa, dan tahap presentasi. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan 2 alternatif. Alternatif 1 yaitu pondasi tiang pancang diameter 0,6m dengan mutu beton 42 Mpa mempunyai biaya sebesar Rp.6.348.227.203 dengan persentase penghematan 1,81% dan durasi pelaksanaan 39 hari. Sedangkan Alternatif 2 yaitu pondasi tiang pancang persegi ukuran 0,6x0,6m dengan biaya Rp. 5.872.059.743 dan persentase penghematan 9,18% dalam 35 hari kerja. Kata kunci: rekayasa nilai, alternatif, penghematan ===================================================================================================== Value engineering (VE) is a management technique that has been proven to be effective for achieving improved design, construction, and cost-effectiveness in various elements of a transportation program. In this study, value engineering will be carried out on the work of the lower structure of the Joyoboyo Bridge because it has the largest cost and work weight of Rp. 6,465,463,937.80 with pile foundation specifications with a diameter of 0.6m 52Mpa concrete. These costs are influenced by the selection of the design and also the materials used. Value engineering analysis has several stages, namely the information stage, the function analysis stage, the creative stage, the analysis stage, and the presentation stage. From the results of the analysis obtained 2 alternatives. Alternative 1 is a pile foundation with a diameter of 0.6m with a concrete quality of 42 MPa which has a cost of Rp.6.348.227,203 with a saving percentage of 1.81% and a duration of 39 days. While Alternative 2 is a square pile foundation measuring 0.6x0.6m at a cost of Rp. 5,872,059,743 and a saving percentage of 9.18% in 35 working days.
