Abstract

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, bangunan harus direncanakan dengan mempertimbangkan keselamatan pengguna bangunan. Keselamatan pengguna bangunan dari musibah seperti kerusakan bangunan akibat gempa merupakan prioritas utama. Demi keselamatan ini pula peraturan-peraturan yang digunakan untuk perencanaan selalu diperbarui, salah satunya adalah SNI 1726-2012 yang diperbarui menjadi SNI 1726-2019 yang mengatur mengenai tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa. Masalah muncul pada gedung yang sudah dibangunan menggunakan rencana peraturan lama, sehingga gedung tersebut memerlukan evaluasi menggunakan peraturan baru. Evaluasi dilakukan di Apartemen Mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga yang memiliki 12 lantai yang dibangun pada tahun 2018, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa bangunan ini direncanakan menggunakan SNI 1726-2012. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan didapatkan sebanyak 2 balok induk yang memerlukan perkuatan lentur, 229 balok induk yang memerlukan perkuatan geser torsi, dan terdapat 25 kolom yang memerlukan perkuatan geser. Perkuatan dilakukan agar elemen struktur mampu menahan beban-beban yang bekerja. Perkuatan struktur menggunakan metode CFRP, karena penggunaannya yang mudah dan praktis, serta pelaksanaannya yang tidak mengganggu fungsi gedung tersebut.

In fulfil the needs of facilities and infrastructure, buildings must be planned by considering the safety of building users. Safety of building users from disasters such as building damage due to earthquakes is a top priority. For the sake of safety, the regulations used for planning are always updated, one of which is SNI 1726-2012 which was updated to SNI 1726-2019 which regulates procedures for planning earthquake resistance. Problems arise in buildings that have been built using the old regulatory plan, so the building requires evaluation using the new regulations. The evaluation was carried out at the Airlangga University Student Apartment which has 12 floors which was built in 2018, so it can be seen that this building is planned to use SNI 1726-2012. Based on the calculations that have been made, there are 2 main beams that require flexural reinforcement, 229 main beams that require torsional shear reinforcement, and there are 25 columns that require shear reinforcement. Reinforcement is carried out so that the structural elements are able to withstand the working loads. Reinforcement of the structure using the CFRP method, because its use is easy and practical, and its implementation does not interfere with the function of the building.
