Abstract

Strutting adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menahan tanah yang memiliki kekurangan dari segi waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya pelaksanaan seperti pada kasus proyek Pembangunan Menara BRI Gatot Subroto Jakarta Selatan. Maka, dilakukan redesign menjadi metode yang dinamakan platform baja yang merupakan hasil modifikasi dari metode strutting dan digabung dengan pelaksanaan pengecoran dengan metode top-down.
Perhitungan durasi dan biaya pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan Menyusun jadwal pelaksanaan menggunakan program bantu MS Project dan perhitungan berdasarkan harga survey penulis yang dikontrol menggunakan harga satuan di kota Jakarta.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil metode platform baja mampu mereduksi durasi 9 hari dan mereduksi biaya sebesar 7,03% dari biaya pelaksanaan metode strutting.

Strutting is one of the methods used to hold land that has shortcomings in terms of implementation time and implementation costs such as in the BRI Gatot Subroto Tower Development project in South Jakarta. Thus, redesign became a method called a steel platform which is the result of modifications of the strutting method and combined with the implementation of casting with the top-down method.
Calculation of duration and cost on this project is done by calculating volume, productivity, duration and compiling the implementation schedule using the MS Project auxiliary program and calculations based on the price of the author's survey controlled using unit prices in the city of Jakarta.
Based on the results of calculations that have been done obtained the results of the steel platform method are able to reduce the duration of 9 days and reduce the cost by 7.03% of the cost of implementing the strutting method.
