Abstract

Aset utama dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM). Hal ini menjadi sorotan PT. X yang bergerak di bidang distribusi produk Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) untuk tetap memenuhi demand dan menyeimbangkan beban kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan, khususnya karyawan gudang. Hal ini menjadi landasan peneliti untuk melakukan pengembangan penelitian, sehingga diperlukan pengukuran beban kerja Full Time Equivalent, NASA-TLX, dan Work Ability Index agar didapatkan rekomendasi perbaikan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan pengamatan secara langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil Full Time Equivalent akan digunakan sebagai acuan perbaikan beban kerja lalu metode NASA-TLX, dan Work Ability Index digunakan untuk metode konfirmasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa 87% karyawan atau sebanyak 33 karyawan mengalami beban kerja Overload sedangkan 13% atau sebanyak 5 karyawan mengalami beban kerja Optimal. Rekomendasi penambahan jumlah pekerja dilakukan pada kategori beban kerja Overload. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan FTE didapatkan penambahan 1 orang pada jabatan Godown Keeper Receiving, sedangkan jabatan Pick Pack mendapatkan penambahan 3 orang. Sedangkan rekomendasi untuk Godown Keeper Dispatching adalah evaluasi perbaikan sistem atau cara kerja yang dapat mengurangi beban kerja karyawan gudang PT.X. ================================================================================================ The main asset in an organization or company is human resources (HR). This has become the spotlight of PT. X is engaged in the distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products to continue to meet demand and balance the workload given to employees, especially warehouse employees. This is the basis for researchers to conduct research development, so it is necessary to measure the workload of Full-Time Equivalent, NASA-TLX, and Work Ability Index to obtain recommendations for improvement. Measurements were made by direct observation and distributing questionnaires. The Full-Time Equivalent result will be used as a reference for improving the workload, then the NASA-TLX method, and the Work Ability Index used for the confirmation method. Based on the calculation results, it is known that 87% of employees or as many as 33 employees experience workload overload while 13% or as many as 5 employees experience optimal workload. Recommendations for increasing the number of workers are carried out in the overload workload category. Based on the results of the FTE calculation, there was an additional 1 person in the Godown Keeper Receiving position, while the Pick Pack position got an additional 3 people. While the recommendation for Godown Keeper Dispatching is an evaluation of system improvements or ways of working that can reduce the workload of PT.X warehouse employees.
