Abstract

PLTP Dieng Unit – 1 merupakan salah satu pembangkit milik PT. Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) yang berlokasi di Kawasan Panas Bumi Dieng (Jawa Tengah). Unit ini merupakan Pembangkit Listrik Panas Bumi dengan kapasitas 1 x 60 MW dan terkoneksi dengan jaringansistem Jawa – Madura – Bali. Untuk melayani aktivitas operasional, Dieng Unit – 1 menggunakan empat level tegangan yang berbeda, yaitu 150 kV, 15 kV, 6kV, dan 380 V. PLTP Dieng Unit – 1 berencana untuk melakukan penambahan Ground Fault Relay pada Feeder Area Steam Field. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan pemodelan sistem untuk analisa lebih lanjut. Terlebih lagi, pemodelan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa kondisi sistem kelistrikan saat ini serta dampak dari penambahan Ground Fault Relay. Sehingga dapat diamati kinerja dan kemampuan sistem terhadap beberapa kondisi operasi setelah ditambahkan Ground Fault Relay. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, studi ini akan difokuskan pada pemodelan sistem tenaga, analisa sistem tenaga kelistrikan saat ini, dan penambahan Ground Fault Relay untuk Feeder Area Steam Field. Pemodelan sistem akan disusun berdasarkan data peralatan dan sistem. Hasilnya akan difokuskan pada assessment sistem kelistrikan saat ini dan beberapa rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem.

PLTP Dieng Unit – 1 is one of the power plants owned by PT. Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) which is located in the Dieng Geothermal Area (Central Java). This unit is a Geothermal Power Plant with a capacity of 1 x 60 MW and is connected to the Java – Madura – Bali system network. To serve operational activities, Dieng Unit – 1 uses four different voltage levels, namely 150 kV, 15 kV, 6kV, and 380 V. PLTP Dieng Unit – 1 plans to add a Ground Fault Relay to the Steam Field Feeder Area. Based on this, it is necessary to model the system for further analysis. Moreover, the modeling can be used to analyze the current condition of the electrical system and the impact of adding a Ground Fault Relay. So that the performance and capability of the system can be observed against several operating conditions after adding the Ground Fault Relay. Based on this background, this study will focus on modeling the power system, analyzing the current electrical power system, and adding a ground fault relay for the feeder area of the steam field. System modeling will be compiled based on equipment and system data. The results will focus on an assessment of the current electricity system and some recommendations to improve system performance.
