Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia terus dilaksanakan selama pandemi yang melanda mulai tahun 2020. Pelaksanaan pendidikan mengalami perubahan pelaksanaan menyesuaikan kondisi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisis hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendidikan di masa pandemi dengan kualitas pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Metode yang digunakan ialah Structural Equation Model dengan variabel endogen ialah Stanar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) serta variabel eksogen adalah Kurikulum, Kesiapan Guru, dan Aktivitas Belajar. Dianalisis pula perbedaan kualitas pendidikan proses pendidikan untuk wilayah Jawa dan Indonesia Timur karena hasil dari Rapor Mutu 2020 pada jenjang SMA menunjukkan perbedaan capaian kualitas untuk kedua wilayah tersebut. Dalam hasil didapatkan bahwa hubungan pelaksanaan pendidikan jenjang SMA dengan kualitas pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 berbeda untuk wilayah Pulau Jawa dengan Indonesia Timur. Di Pulau Jawa, didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Kurikulum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kesiapan Guru, Aktivitas Belajar, dan SKL. Untuk variabel Kesiapan Guru dan Aktivitas Belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel SKL. Sedangkan untuk wilayah Indonesia Timur didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Kurikulum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kesiapan Guru, Aktivitas Belajar, dan SKL. Variabel Kurikulum dan Aktivitas Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SKL. Hanya variabel Kesiapan Guru yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel SKL.

Education in Indonesia will continue during the pandemic since 2020. The implementation of education has undergone changes in implementation. In this study, the relationship between the implementation of education during the pandemic will be analyzed with the quality of high school education. The method used is the Structural Equation Model with endogenous variable is Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) and exogenous variables are Curriculum, Teacher Readiness, and Learning Activities. It also analyzes the differences in the quality of education in the education process for the Java and Eastern Indonesia regions because the results of the 2020 Quality Reports show differences in quality achievements for the two regions. The results show that the relationship between the implementation of high school education and the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic is different for the Java and Eastern Indonesia. In Java, it was found that the Curriculum variable had a significant effect on the variables of Teacher Readiness, Learning Activities, and SKL. The variables of Teacher Readiness and Learning Activities have no significant effect on the SKL variable. Meanwhile, for the Eastern Indonesia region, it was found that the curriculum variable had a significant effect on the variables of Teacher Readiness, Learning Activities, and SKL. Curriculum and Learning Activities variables have a significant effect on SKL. Only the Teacher Readiness variable has no significant effect on the SKL variable.
