Abstract

Masa pandemi COVID-19 menjadi peraturan wajib menggunakan masker dan melakukan physical distancing pada saat keluar rumah. Yang merupakan sebuah kebiasaan baru yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Agar kebiasaan disiplin menggunakan masker di tempat umum ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka dibuatlah sistem deteksi pelanggaran protokol kesehatan (masker dan physical distancing) menggunakan single board computer. Beberapa cara yang dilakukan untuk mendeteksi pelanggaran salah satunya dengan menampilkan video pengawasan dalam sebuah server web secara real-time, ada juga dengan deteksi gerak menggunakan webcam dengan metode background subtraction. Sistem yang dibangun mampu mendeteksi objek ditampilkan pada display LCD, contoh lain dilakukan sistem pengawasan menggunakan kamera Raspberry pi. Data kemunculan objek divisualisasikan ke dalam grafik yang mudah dibaca oleh pengguna. Pengambilan data objek dilakukan menggunakan kamera yang terhubung ke sebuah Single Board Computer (SBC) untuk mengolah data. Selanjutnya data yang telah diperoleh diproses dengan metode frame difference untuk dideteksi gerakannya. Video menampilkan garis region of interest (ROI) dari objek yang terdeteksi. ====================================================================================================== During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is mandatory to wear masks and carry out physical distancing when leaving the house. Which is a new habit that has been established by the government. In order for the disciplinary habit of using masks in public places to run well, a health protocol violation detection system (masks and physical distancing) was created using a single board computer. There are several ways to detect violations, one of which is by displaying surveillance video on a web server in real-time, there is also motion detection using a webcam with the background subtraction method. The system built is able to detect objects and send notifications via email, another example is a surveillance system using the Raspberry pi camera. The data on the appearance of the object is visualized into a graph that is easy for the user to read. Retrieval of object data is carried out using a camera connected to a Single Board Computer (SBC) to process data. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained is processed using the frame difference method for motion detection. The video displays the region of interest (ROI) line of the detected object.
