Abstract

PT Keramik Diamond Gresik merupakan perusahan pembuatan keramik. Pada proses pembuatan keramik proses pembakaran merupakan bagian penting dengan penggunan tungku berbahan bakar LNG. LNG adalah gas alam cair dengan kandungan unsur utama adalah 60%.Sebagai penentu kualitas keramik proses pembakan harus dilakukan dengan kestabilan suhu dengan set point yang ditentukan. Dari kondisi yang ada di lapangan terdapat beberapa kendala, antara lain berupa menjaga kestabilan temperatur pada proses pembakaran dimana beberapa tungku masih dikendalikan secara manual oleh operator.
Dari rumusan masalah diatas, maka dibuat sebuah sistem untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Dengan membuat rancang bangun sistem kontrol temperatur dengan logika fuzzy untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu pada proses pembakaran.
Dengan diciptakannya alat ini, didapatkan bahwa pengendalian suhu pada mesin tungku bakar menggunakan logika Fuzzy memiliki rata- rata error steady state sebesar 3,21%. Sedangkan metode konvensional (kendali on/off) didapatkan rata-rata error steady state sebesar 7,91%. Hal ini menunjukkan peran dari logika Fuzzy lebih baik karena mampu menjaga suhu tidak naik terlalu jauh dari set point dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional.

In the process of making ceramics, the combustion process is an
important step. At PT Ceramic Diamond. Which uses an LNG-fueled
furnace. LNG is liquefied natural gas with the main constituents being
60% methane. In general, this natural gas is used as fuel for housing
and industry. The use of energy in this kiln machine includes energy for
the combustion process.. If the cost for this consumption can be reduced
then the company's profits can be increased
The purpose of making this tool is to design a baking device by
controlling the temperature using the fuzzy logic method and Arduino as
the controller so that the bread development is in accordance with the
desired temperature. To maintain the desired temperature, there is an
actuator that is used in the form of a heater which functions to heat the
room in the machine so that the temperature can rise or fall.
With the creation of this tool, it was found that the temperature
control in the furnace engine using fuzzy logic has an average steady
state error of 3,21%. While the conventional method (on/off control)
obtained an average steady state error of 7,91%. This shows the role of
Fuzzy Logic is better because it is able to keep the temperature from
rising too far from the set point compared to conventional methods.
