Abstract

Pada usaha tambak polikultur di UMKM Jogo Reso dalam manajemen kualitas air masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional baik segi pengamatan kadar dan kualitasnya. Permasalahan tersebut juga makin sulit jika ingin melakukan pengecekan kadar pH dan salinitas di air secara merata mengingat mengingat area tambak yang relatif luas. Adapun dampak buruk dari kadar pH dan salinitas yang tidak terkendali dapat menyebabkan ikan terjangkit penyakit hingga mengakibatkan kematian.
Untuk mengatasi masalah yang tersebut, dibuatkanlah sistem Wireless Sensor Network. Pada sistem juga menggunakan menerapkan metode kontrol logika fuzzy yang bertujuan untuk melakukan kontrol pada kadar pH melalui motor servo guna mengatur bukaan 2 valve/kran pada bejana berisi larutan pH up dan pH down berdasarkan nilai respon yang didapat. Untuk memudahkan pembudidaya tambak pada UMKM Jogo Reso, sistem terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Android bernama ThingSpeak Viewer yang dapat memantau kondisi kualitas air cukup melalui handphone.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, pada sistem pada kontrol valve menggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic sudah berhasil dengan perbandingan error pengujian output pada sistem dengan simulasi matlab sebesar yaitu 0,09 % untuk ValveAsam dan 0,16% untuk ValveBasa. Data yang didapatkan di aplikasi ThingsSpeak pun cukup cepat yang mana hanya delay 6 detik. Dan untuk cara kerja keseluruhan sistem telah sesuai dengan fungsi yang ditetapkan.

Polyculture cultivation business in MSMEs Jogo Reso conducts water quality management still using conventional means in terms of observation of levels and quality. The problem is also more difficult if you want to check the pH level in the water evenly considering the relatively large area of the pond. The adverse effects of uncontrolled pH levels can cause fish to contract the disease to result in death.
To solve this problem, create a wireless Sensor Network system. The system also uses a fuzzy logic control method that aims to control the pH level through the servo motor to set the opening of 2 valves / faucets in the vessel containing a solution of pH up and pH down based on the response value obtained. To facilitate farm farmers on MSMEs Jogo Reso, the system is integrated with an Android application called ThingSpeak Viewer that can monitor water quality conditions simply through mobile pHones.
Based on the results of tests conducted, the system on valve control using fuzzy logic method has been successful with the comparison of output testing errors on the system with matlab simulation of 0,09% for ValveAsam and 0,16% for ValveBasa. The data obtained in the ThingsSpeak application is quite fast which is only a delay of 6 seconds. And for the workings of the whole system has been in accordance with the functions set.
