Abstract

Kecamatan Sukolilo memiliki Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) 8 TPS yaitu TPS ITS, IPLT Keputih, Gebang Putih, Klampis Ngasem, Semolowaru, Semolowaru Bahari, Medokan Semampir, dan Asrama Brimob (Nginden Jangkungan). Kapasitas penampungan total dari delapan TPS yang ada adalah sebesar 144 m³/hari. Sementara, menurut Badan Pusat Statistik jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Sukolilo pada tahun 2019 adalah 114.309 Jiwa. Dengan luas wilayah keseluruhan sebesar 23,66 Km².
Kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Sukolilo adalah 4.831,3 jiwa/Km² (BPS Kota Surabaya, 2020). Sedangkan menurut penelitian terdahulu laju timbulan sampah rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sukolilo Surabaya adalah sebesar 0,38 Kg/orang.hari dengan densitas sampah 146,02 kg/m³. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa volume sampah rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sukolilo adalah sebesar 297,5 m³/hari.
Setelah dilakukan survei di ke 8 Lokasi TPS diketahui bahwa hanya TPS IPLT Keputih yang memenuhi persyaratan Kementerian PUPR terkait pengadaan TPS3R. TPS IPLT Keputih memiliki Luas lahan sebesar 400 m2 dan melayani sebanyak 4114 KK. Sehingga dipilih TPS IPLT Keputih untuk selanjutnya direncanakan menjadi TPS3R. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, didapatkan timbulan sampah di Kelurahan Keputih adalah sebesar 7556,30 kg/hari. Sebanyak 3787,68 kg/hari (50,13%) akan terolah, dan 3,768,62 kg/hari (49,87%) akan menjadi residu dan di arahkan menuju Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA). Metode Pengoolahan yang akan digunakan adalah: pemilahan, pencacahan & bailing serta pengomposan. akan digunakan adalah: pemilahan,

pencacahan & bailing serta pengomposan. Rencana anggaran Baya yang di keluarkan atau dibutuhkan untuk pada Perencanaan TPS 3R ini berdasarkan AHSPK Kota Surabaya 2022. Total Baya yang diperlukan untuk membangun Perencanaan TPS 3R adalah sebesar Rp 849,135,851,14

The present 8 TPS have a combined storage capacity of 144 m/day. Meanwhile, the Central Statistics Agency reports that the population of Sukolilo District in 2019 was 114,309 people. With a total area of 23.66 km2.
Sukolilo District has a population density of 4,831.3 persons per square kilometer (BPS City of Surabaya, 2020). In the meanwhile, an earlier research found that the rate of household rubbish generation in Sukolilo District, Surabaya, is 0.38 kg/person.day, with a solid waste density of 146.02 kg/m3. As can be observed, the volume of household garbage generated in Sukolilo District is 297.5 m/day.
After completing a survey and calculating waste production plans at the eight TPS locations, it was discovered that only the Keputih IPLT TPS matched the Ministry of PUPR's standards for the purchase of TPS3R. The Keputih IPLT TPS covers 400 m2 and serves 3046 homes. As a result, the Keputih IPLT TPS was chosen as a 3R TPS planned based on current regulatory requirements. Based on the calculation results, the waste generation in Keputih Village is 7556.30 kg/day. Total of 3787.68 kg/day (50.13%) will be processed, and 3,768.62 kg/day (49.87%) will be residue and directed to the Final Processing Site (TPA). Processing methods to be used are: sorting, enumeration & bailing and composting. to be used are: sorting, enumeration & bailing and composting.The budget plan issued or required for the TPS 3R Planning is based on the Surabaya City AHSPK 2022. The total cost required to build theTPS 3R Planning is Rp. 849,135,851.14
