Abstract

Kabupaten Wakatobi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara ditetapkan sebagai Daerah Pariwisata Nasional (DPN) dan Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) prioritas sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2011 yang mengatur tentang RIPPARNAS Tahun 2010-2025. Penetapan KSPN Kabupaten Wakatobi dikarenakan potensi kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan lokal, serta memiliki potensi produk wisata masa depan. Maka, pada Tugas Akhir kali ini dilakukan desain kapal wisata catamaran yacht dengan hybrid propulsion system yang ramah lingkungan dapat menjadi opsi tambahan untuk pengembangan Kabupaten Wakatobi dan membantu meningkatkan perekonomian nasional. Kapal yang didesain memiliki payload 12 penumpang dan 11 crew, dengan panjang ukuran utama (Loa): 43,96 m; Lebar (B): 18 m; Tinggi (H): 5 m; Sarat (T): 2,8 m; Kecepatan (Vs): 10 Knot. Kapal akan berlayar di empat pulau besar Kabupaten Wakatobi, yaitu Pulau Wangi-Wangi, Pulau Kaledupa, Pulau Tomia, dan Pulau Binongko. Analisis teknis yang dilakukan meliputi perhitungan berat, perhitungan stabilitas, perhitungan trim, dan perhitungan freeboard. Hasil perhitungan tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk mendesain Linesplan, General Arrangement, Safety Plan, 3D Model dan animasi. Analisis ekonomis dilakukan dan didapatkan biaya pembangunan kapal sebesar Rp55.232.245.612. Pendapatan kapal didapatkan dari sewa kapal. Lalu, didapatkan perhitungan kelayakan investasi memiliki nilai net present value (NPV) yaitu Rp25.722.695.092, nilai internal rate return (IRR) yaitu 18,02%, dan payback period selama 8 tahun 5 bulan 17 hari. ================================================================================================ Wakatobi Regency in Southeast Sulawesi Province is designated as a Priority National Tourism Area (DPN) and National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2011 governing RIPPARNAS 2010-2025. The determination of KSPN Wakatobi Regency due to the potential of foreign tourist visits and local tourists, and has the potential of future tourist products. So, in the Final Task this time carried out the design of yacht catamaran tourist ships with a hybrid propulsion system that is environmentally friendly can be an additional option for the development of Wakatobi Regency and help improve the national economy. The ship is designed to have a payload of 12 people as passengers and 11 crew members, with a main size length (Loa): 42.4 m; Width (B): 218 m; Height (H): 5 m; Loaded (D): 2.8 m; Speed (Vs): 10 Knots. The ship will sail on four major islands of Wakatobi Regency, namely Wangi-Wangi Island, Kaledupa Island, Tomia Island, and Binongko Island. Technical analysis performed includes weight calculations, stability calculations, trim calculations, and freeboard calculations. The results of these calculations are then used to design Linesplan, General Arrangement, Safety Plan, 3D Model and animation. Economic analysis was conducted and obtained the cost of building the ship amounted to Rp55,232,245,612. Ship revenue was obtained from ship rental. Then, the calculation of investment feasibility has a net present value (NPV) which is Rp25,722,695,092, the internal rate return (IRR) value is 18.02%, and payback period for 8 years 5 months 17 days.
