Abstract

Dalam proses jual beli kapal, seringkali lokasi galangan pembuat kapal tidak selalu berdekatan dengan lokasi pemesan kapal. Salah satu metode pengiriman via jalur darat yaitu dengan menggunakan truk barang. Dalam mendesain Flexible Knockdown Cradle dilakukan benchmarking pada cradle untuk mengetahui sistem kerja, kelemahan serta kelebihannya. Kemudian dikumpulkan data linesplan Kapal Ikan 4 GT 15 m untuk mengetahui ukuran utama kapal yang akan dimuat. Flexible Knockdown Cradle dirancang dengan konsep flexible dan knockdown. Metode penyambungan pada Flexible Knockdown Cradle dianalisa secara teknis menggunakan simulasi metode elemen hingga (FEM). Biaya pengiriman kapal dengan menggunakan Flexible Knockdown Cradle disimulasikan dan dibandingkan dengan biaya pengiriman kapal menggunakan metode pengiriman kapal saat ini. Hasil yang didapat yaitu pengiriman kapal dengan metode yang digunakan saat ini terkendala tumpuan kapal yang disusun secara manual dan pengiriman kapal antar pulau membutuhkan kendaraan darat tambahan untuk sampai di tujuan akhir. Hasil desain Flexible Knockdown Cradle memiliki dimensi P=13,55 m, L=2,3 m, T=2,5 m, dan beban maksimal= 34.934 N. Penggunaan Flexible Knockdown Cradle dapat mengatasi kendala yang ada pada pengiriman kapal, yaitu dapat menumpu berbagai bentuk lambung kapal dan dapat mengirimkan kapal hingga tujuan akhir pengiriman . Biaya pembangunan flexible knockdown cradle sebesar Rp246.091.157 dan dapat mengurangi biaya pengiriman kapal ukuran panjang 15 meter sebesar 25,36% untuk tujuan pengiriman dalam pulau dan 13,10% untuk tujuan pengiriman antar pulau dibandingkan metode pengiriman kapal ukuran panjang 15 meter yang digunakan saat ini. ================================================================================================ In the process of buying and selling ships, the location of the shipbuilder's shipyard is not always close to the location of the ship buyer. In designing the Flexible Knockdown Cradle, benchmarking was carried out on the cradle that had been built to determine the working system, its weaknesses and strengths. Then data was collected on the linesplan of the 15 m 4 GT fishing boat to determine the main size of the ship to be loaded. Flexible Knockdown Cradle is designed with the concept of flexible and knockdown. The splicing method on the Flexible Knockdown Cradle was analyzed technically using the finite element method (FEM) simulation. Then the cost of shipping a ship using the Flexible Knockdown Cradle is simulated and compared with the cost of shipping a ship using the current shipping method. The results obtained are that shipping boats with the method used today is constrained by the manual installation of boats support and shipping boats outside the island requires additional land vehicles to arrive at the final destination. The results of the Flexible Knockdown Cradle design have dimensions P = 13.55 m, L = 2.3 m, T = 2.5 m, and a maximum load = 34,934 N. The use of Flexible Knockdown Cradle can overcome the obstacles that exist in ship shipping. The cost of building a flexible knockdown cradle is Rp.246,091,157 and can reduce boat shipping costs by 25,36% for shipping 15 meters boat within islands and 13.10% for shipping 15 meters boat outside islands compared to the shipping method used today.
