Abstract

Sistem turbin uap multistage terdiri dari turbin high pressure, medium pressure dan Iow pressure. Ketika dioperasikan akan terjadi perubahan konstanta beban seiring berjalannya waktu. Saat beban naik, maka kecepatan turun, begitu juga sebaliknya. Diperlukan suatu kontroler yang mampu mengurangi perubahan kecepatan turbin serta mampu segera kembali menuju set poin ketika terjadi perubahan beban. Kontroler klasik PİD tidak mampu memenuhi kriteria yang diinginkan. Maka didesainıah kontroler PID-ANFIS. Kontroler PID-ANFIS bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan mengembalikan output ke nilai steady State dalam waktu 50 detik ketika terjadi perubahan beban. Konstanta beban yang digunakan berada pada kisaran 7596— 12596. Respon sistem stabil di 3000 rpm, dengan nilai RMSE pada tiga variasi beban, yaitu beban naik, beban turun, dan beban fluktuatif secara berturut-turut 1.340/6, 0.87% dan 2,060/0.

Multistage steam turbine system is composed of high pressure turbine, medium pressure turbine, and low pressure turbine. In their operation, there will be a change of load over time. When system uses PID controller and there is a change of load, system response will change along with the change of load. When the load is increasing, the speed will be decreasing and vice versa. Therefore, ANFIS-PID controller is designed. ANFIS-PID controller is used to maintain the steady state value when there is a change of load. ANFIS-PID will doing leraning process by giving the load variation which rangedfrom minimum until maximum load. There are 3 load variation, increasing load, decreasing load, and fluctuating load. Load constant that is used is in the range of 75 0/0— 125% load unit. After ANFIS-PID controller is used, the system response capable of returning to the 3000 rpm setpoint with RMSE values respectively 0.87%, 1,34 0%, and 2.06%
