Abstract

Status kesehatan masyarakat di suatu wilayah secara langsung maupun tidak langsung merupakan indikator pembangunan negara. Pengukuran status kesehatan dapat menggunakan indikator dari derajat kesehatan. Adapun indikator yang digunakan terbagi ke dalam dimensi kependudukan, pendidikan, morbiditas dan lingkungan. Kota Surabaya yang memiliki luas 326,26 km2 dengan jumlah penduduk sekitar 3.196.877 jiwa terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok kecamatan. Variabel jumlah kematian, APM SMA, jumlah penderita diare dan jumlah kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan menjadi variabel pembeda untuk setiap kelompok kecamatan dengan persamaan Z score = -3.195 – 4.631 jumlah kematian + 8087 APM SMA + 4.563 jumlah penderita diare – 0.628 jumlah kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatandengan tingkat ketepatan pengklasifikasian sebesar 80.6%. Kecamatan di kelompok 1 perlu diprioritaskan dalam hal penurunan jumlah penderita diare dengan meningkatkan jumlah kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan. Kelompok 2 diperlukan penurunan jumlah kematian penduduk dengan memperhatikan angka kesakitan yang terjadi di kecamatan tersebut. Sedangkan kelompok 3 perlu diprioritaskan dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

The health status of people in a region directly or indirectly become an indicator of the country's development. Measurement of health status can used from the indicators degree of healths. The indicators divided into the dimensions of population, education, morbidity and environment. Surabaya city which has an area of 326.26 km2 with a population of approximately 3,196,877 people divided into 3 groups of districts. Variable number of deaths, enrollment rates of senior high school, the number of patients with diarrhea and the number of health education activities into distinguishing variable for each group of districts with the equation Z score = -3195 - 4631 the number of deaths + 8087 enrollment rates of senior high school + 4563 number of patients with diarrhea - 0.628 number of health education activities with a classification accuracy of 80.6%. District in group 1 should be prioritized in terms of reduction in number of patients with diarrhea by increasing the number of health education activities. Group 2 required a decrease in the number of deaths of people with regard morbidity that occurs in these districts. While the 3 groups should be prioritized in terms of improving the quality of education.
