Abstract
PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. merupakan produsen
semen terbesar di Indonesia. Agar dapat menjangkau lokasi dari
para konsumen yang luas dibutuhkan Supply Chain yang baik
khususnya pada sistem distribusi. Untuk mengetahui apakah
sistem distribusi tersebut dapat beroperasi dengan baik atau tidak,
diperlukan adanya sistem pengukuran kinerja. Pada penelitian
tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan pemilihan dan penerapan metode
penilaian yang terbaik yang akan digunakan untuk membangun
sistem pengukuran dari sistem distribusi PT Semen Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk.
Dalam Tugas akhir ini, solusi yang ditawarkan adalah
dengan melakukan pemilihan model sistem pengukuran kinerja
sistem distribusi sesuai kondisi perusahaan yang diteliti dan
diidentifikasi menggunakan Key performance Indicator (KPI)
untuk mengetahui elemen yang berpengaruh terhadap sistem
distribusi. Selanjutnya divalidasi ke pihak PT Semen Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk dan selanjutnya dilakukan pembobotan dengan
Analytical hiearchy Process (AHP) kemudian divalidasi kembali.
Setelah itu dilakukan pengumpulan data sesuai target KPI dan
selanjutnya melakukan pengukuran kinerja sistem distribusi.
Tahap terakhir adalah Evaluasi kinerja dari sistem pengukuran
yang telah dimodelkan.
Pada penelitian ini telah didapatkan hasil pemilihan
metode yang akan digunakan untuk pengukuran distribusi yaitu
SCOR dan berdasarkan hasil validasi dari KPI dan brainstorming
dengan pihak PT Semen Indoensia terdapat 7 KPI dari 10 KPI
yang digunakan untuk perhitungan serta pembobotan. Kemudian
hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari pengukuran nilai kinerja
distribusi PT Semen Indonesia di wilayah jawa timur adalah 90.97
yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent. Namun nilai tersebut
dirasa belum mewakili kondisi sebenarnya dari sistem distribusi
karena penilaian didasarkan hanya dari data milik PT Semen
Indonesia saja. Sebaiknya untuk mengisi nilai KPI yang terkait
dengan ketepatan jumlah, kualitas dan waktu pengiriman juga
diperlukan data dari distributor untuk digunakan sebagai
pembanding.
PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is the largest cement
producer in Indonesia. To be able to reach wide consumer
coverage, they need a great Supply Chain for the distribution. To
determine whether the distribution system able to operate well or
not, it is necessary performance measurement system. This thesis
will be selection and application the best assessment method that
will be used to build a system measurement of the distribution
system in PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
This thesis solution offered is to perform model selection
performance measurement system according to the condition of
distribution system in the company that researched and will be
identified using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to determine the
elements that influence the distribution system. Subsequently will
be validated to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk then will be
weighted with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), later will be
validated again. Furthermore, the data is collected according to
the KPI target then measuring the performance of the distribution
system. The last step is evaluating performance measurement that
has been modeled.
In this thesis, showed that the selection method
will be used for the distribution measurement, namely SCOR.
Based on the KPI validation result and brainstorming with the PT
Semen Indonesia, there are 7 of 10 KPI that used for calculation
and weighting. Furthermore, the final results which has been
obtained by measuring the performance of PT Semen Indonesia in
East Java distribution is 90.97, that are categorized into Excellent.
However, that value felt not represent the actual condition of the
distribution system, because the assessment is based on the PT
Semen Indonesia data only. It is better to fill the KPI values related
to the accuracy of quantity, quality and delivery time also takes
from distributor data to be used as a comparison.
