Abstract

PT KLO sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bisnis minyak dan gas
bumi memiliki kewajiban untuk mempertahankan integritas anjungan lepas pantai.
Hal ini adalah bagian dari ketaatan kepada peraturan Pemerintah untuk menjaga
keselamatan anjungan lepas pantai (Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Minyak dan Gas
Bumi Nomor: 84.K/38/DJM/1998 Departemen Pertambangan Dan energi
Republik Indonesia Direktur Jenderal Minyak Dan Gas Bumi mengenai
Pedoman Dan Tatacara Pemeriksaan keselamatan Kerja Atas Instalasi Anjungan
lepas Pantai). Mengacu hasil survey tahun 2012, diperlukan proses penggantian
anode sebanyak 700-an dan diharapkan akan dapat diselesaikan sebelum tahun
2018.
Departemen Konstruksi diharapkan memberikan upaya efisiensi biaya,
terutama dalam efisiensi penggunaan DSV(diving support vessel). Penerapan
proses value stream mapping berbasis lean six sixma akan menghilangkan non
value added dari proses, sumber daya, waktu dan peralatan.
Dengan melakukan value stream mapping dan lean six sigma, pilot
project anode installation telah berhasil menerapkan perbaikan proses
pemasangan 24 titik sacrificial anode di 7 anjungan lepas pantai menggunakan
tug boat ( kapal tunda) dan SRP (scuba respiration package ). Terobosan lean six
sigma ini mampu memberikan efiesiensi sebesar $ 277,440 untuk pemasangan 24
titik sacrificial anode. Penerapan selanjutnya adalah selain sebagai alternatif
proyek utama penggantian anode, saat ini juga diterapkan sebagai alat survey
untuk kebutuhan sertifikasi anjungan lepas pantai .

PT KLO is a company engaged in the oil and natural gas business, has
an obligation to maintain the integrity of offshore platforms. This is part of
obedience to government regulations to ensure integrity of the offshore platform
safety (Decision of the Director General of Oil and Gas No. 84.K / 38 / DJM /
1998 Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Indonesia Director
General of Oil and Gas of the Guidelines and Procedures for Work Safety Check
Offshore Platform Installation). Referring to the results of the Anode survey
conducted in 2012, the number of Anode replacement will be as much as 700 each
and plan to complete before 2018.
Departement of Construction had requested to provide cost efficiency
efforts, especially in the efficient use of DSV (diving support vessels). Application
of the value stream mapping process based lean six sixma will eliminate nonvalue
added processes, resources, time and equipment.
By conducting value stream mapping and lean six sigma process pilot
project anode installation has successfully implemented the installation
improvement process of 24 points sacrificial anode at 7 platform using tugboat
and SRP (scuba respiration package). This breakthrough is capable of providing
actual efficiency amount to $277,440 for each installation of sacrificial anodes
24 points. Next implementation is the major anode replacement project as an
alternatif, nowadays is applied, as a tool to survey offshore certification needs.
