Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisa
perbandingan kadar Fe(II) dalam tablet penambah darah dengan
metode destruksi basah dan destruksi kering. Penelitian ini
dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode destruksi yang lebih efektif
untuk analisa kadar Fe dalam tablet penambah darah. Tablet
penambah darah yang digunakan adalah tablet Sangobion (S).
Pengukuran kadar Fe(II) dilakukan dengan mereaksikan tablet
penambah darah S dengan agen pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin
dan diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Panjang
gelombang maksimum yang didapatkan adalah 509 nm dan nilai
regresi (r2) pada kurva kalibrasi adalah 0,9953. Tablet penambah
darah dipreparasi menggunakan destruksi basah dan destruksi
kering. Hasil pengukuran kadar Fe(II) dengan metode destruksi
basah adalah 99,6 mg dengan persentase Fe terukur sebesar
23,7% (237142,86 ppm), sedangkan kadar Fe(II) dengan metode
destruksi kering adalah 26,69 mg dengan persentase Fe terukur
sebesar 6,36% (63547,62 ppm). Hasil pengukuran tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa destruksi basah lebih efektif untuk analisa
kadar Fe(II) dalam tablet penambah darah.

The comparison analysis of concentration of Fe(II) on the
blood booster tablets using wet digestion and dry ashing methods
have been done. The aim of this research is determine the
effectiveness of destruction method on the analysis of
concentration of Fe in the blood booster tablets. The blood
booster tablets sample is Sangobion (S). The research was based
on the reaction between blood booster tablet with a complexing
agent 1,10-fenantrolin and measured by UV-Vis
spectrophotometer. It was observed that the maximum
wavelength was 509 nm and regression value (r2) in the
calibration curve was 0,9953. Tablets were prepared using wet
digestion and dry ashing methods. The results for the
concentration of Fe (II) with a wet digestion method was 99.6 mg
Fe with percentage of Iron 23,7% (237142,86 ppm), while
concentration of Fe (II) with a dry ashing method was 26,69 mg
with percentage of Iron 6,36 % (63547,62 ppm). The results
showed that wet digestion is more effective for the analysis of
concentration of Fe (II) in the blood booster tablets.
