Abstract

Berbagai struktur
pengendalian one degree of freedom dikembangkan untuk mencapai tujuan
tersebut. Dengan semakin kompleknya masalah pengendalian kemudian
dikembangkanlah struktur two degree of freedom. Sayangnya tuning untuk struktur
ini masih belum banyak. Juwari, Badhrulhisham Abdul Aziz, Chin Sim Yee, and
struktur pengendali 2DOF-IMC Kaya, 2DOF-PID filter set point, 2DOF-PID
Ibrahim Kaya, multiply dominant pole (MDP) ataupun analytical robust tuning
(ART). ===================================================================================== A chemical industry generally consist of many unit operations, which must
be operated on a spesific operating conditions to maintaine safety process and
enviroment for the purpose maxim al propit. Various design of one degree of
freedom structure control have depeloved for this purpose. However the one degree
of freedom controller cannot completely compensate for the complexity process.
For this reason, two degree of freedom controller has been developed.
Unfortunately, the tuning parameters in the case of model uncertainty at two degree
of freedom structure controller is difficult to obtain. Juwari et all (2012) has
introduced Maximum peak-Gain Margin (Mp-GM) tuning method to obtain setting
parameter of two degree of freedom structure controller based on model
uncertainty. This tuning method are able to obtain the good controller parameter
even under processes uncertainties on FOPDT and SOPDT cases.
This research will be conducted on development maximum peak-gain margin
tuning method for another two degree of freedom structure controller such as
2DOF-IMC Kaya, 2DOF-PID filter set point, 2DOF-PID feedback and 2DOF-PID
Vilanova for FOPDT process under parametric uncertainty. The simulation results
show that the maximum peak gain margin tuning method can be implementation on
various 2DOF controller. The time response shows that the maximum peak gain
margin tuning can give faster response with smallest IAE value than another 2DOF
tuning like Ibrahim Kaya , multiple dominant pole and analytical robust tuning.
