Abstract

Gedung Perkuliahan Universitas Trunojoyo terletak di
Bangkalan dengan luas bangunan sebesar 1047 m2. Namun dalam
tugas akhir ini, lokasi gedung direncanakan di Sumenep.
Berdasarkan hasil Standard Penetration Test (SPT), diketahui
bahwa gedung dibangun di atas tanah dengan kondisi tanah keras (kelas situs SC). Perhitungan struktur menggunakan metode sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah yang mengacu pada SNI 1726-2012: Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung. Karena bangunan masuk dalam katagori bangunan tidak beraturan, maka perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan metode analisis respon spektrum. Sedangkan pembebanan non gempa dapat disesuaikan dengan SNI 1727-2013: Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain.vi
Struktur sekunder berupa pelat dan tangga yang dipikul
struktur primer yaitu balok dan kolom. Struktur bawah terdiri dari sloof dan pile cap, dengan pondasi tiang bor. Bahan utama penyusun struktur adalah beton bertulang, dengan mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013: Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Gedung. Hasil dari perhitungan ini berupa gambar teknik yang terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah struktur, dan gambar detail penulangan.

Trunojoyo University Lecture Building was building on Bangkalan whose side arround 1047 m2. But in this final project, the location of the planned building was in Sumenep. Based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) result, known that it build on hard soil condition. The structure calculation using Intermediate Moment Frame System Method and threat on Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 1726-2012 : Standardization of Earthquake Resisting Design for Building and Non-Building Structure.
Because of it is an unregulary building, thus the earthquake load design is Response Dynamic Analysis and adapted from Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 1727:2013 : Minimum Loading for Building Planning and Other Structures. The secondary structure like plate and stairways,whom carried by the primary structure such us Beam and Column. The bottom structure are sloof, pile cap and pole pillar as the
foundation. The primary structure content is concrete with rebar, whom threat on Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 2847-2013: Reinforced Concrete Structure Calculation Procedure for Building. Final result of redesign is like technical drawing, such as architecture drawing, structure map drawing, and structure with rebar detailing drawing.
