Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Graha Atmaja ini dimodifikasi dan dirancang ulang dengan menggunakan metoda Sistem Ganda, sesuai SNI 03-2847-2013 dan SNI 03-1726-2012. Struktur tersebut direncanakan berjumlah 10 lantai dan terletak didaerah resiko gempa tinggi (Yogyakarta). Sistem Ganda adalah salah satu sistem struktur yang beban gravitasinya dipikul sepenuhnya oleh space frame, sedangkan beban lateralnya dipikul bersama oleh space frame dan shearwall. Space frame sekurang-kurangnya memikul 25% dari beban lateral dan sisanya dipikul oleh shearwall. Karena shearwall dan space frame dalam Sistem Ganda merupakan satu kesatuan struktur maka diharapkan keduanya dapat mengalami defleksi lateral yang sama atau setidaknya space frame mampu mengikuti defleksi lateral yang terjadi. Shearwall adalah dinding geser yang terbuat dari beton bertulang dimana tulangan-tulangan tersebut yang akan menerima gaya lateral akibat gempa sebesar beban yang telah direncanakan.

Construction Project Office Building Graha Atmaja was modified and redesigned by using the Dual System method, according to SNI 03-2847-2013 and SNI 03-1726-2012. The planned structure of 10 floors and is located in high seismic risk (Yogyakarta). Dual system is one system structure borne entirely by gravity load space frame, while the lateral load to be shared by the space frame and shearwall. Space frames bear at least 25% of lateral load and the rest borne by shearwall. Due to space frame shearwall and Dual System is an integral structure, it is expected that both can experience the same lateral deflection space frame or at least able to follow the lateral deflection occurs. Shearwall is made of reinforced concrete which are receive the earthquake lateral force based on the load that has been planned.
