Abstract

frequency hopping signal. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, akan
diimplementasikan sistem komunikasi SISO pada FHSS menggunakan
Wireless Open Access Research Platform (WARP). Sistem FHSS ini
akan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan software Matlab. Ketahanan
ary FSK.

The process of sending an information from transceiver to
receiver distortions come occasionally. to overcome those problems, the
spread spectrum method could be used, it is technique to transmit
signal that suffer from distortion such as noise and jamming.
Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum is transmitted information signal
which jumped to one of frequency spectrum randomly or based on
certain path. Those spectrum already allocated in to some channel for
Frequency Hopping Signal. In this paper, an implementation of SISO
communication system on FHSS system Using Wireless Open Access
Research Platform (WARP) would be done. This FHSS system will be
modeled using matlab software. Immunity of FHSS system to Single
Tone Jamming and Multi Tone Jamming will be known by implementing
some test. The result implying that Bit Error Rate (BER) value will
smaller if the transmitting power larger While on jamming is influenced
by jamming power. This research show that the system performance
going smooth on Single Tone Jamming compared to Multi Tone
Jamming. It is proved with the result of BER value when the jamming
power is 300% for single tone jamming is 0,4194, and multi tone
jamming is 0,4892. Commonly the system is not influenced by jamming
distortion, when the jamming power is 75% and 100%. This research
result shows that FHSS system more endure to single tone jamming and
multi tone jamming compared to any 4-ary FSK system.
