Abstract

menerapkan sistem transfer daya nirkabel.

Wireless power transfer is a technology it can overcome the
problem of power shortages for electronic devices that are far away
from power source by utilizing free frequencies that are always present
in nature.
In this research, the design of metamaterial antennas based on
NFRP works at a frequency of 1.5754 GHz, which is capable of
implementing a wireless power transfer system. The device consists of a
rectifying antenna (rectenna), which form a metamaterial antenna. The
design of the antenna using CST Studio Suite 2011 software.
On the measurement of metamaterial antenna with FR4 substrate
parameters showed return loss is -27.52 dBm and VSWR is 1.2017. And
the measurement of metamaterial antenna with Roger 4360 substrate
obtained results for return loss is -15.92 and VSWR is 1,597. On testing
device of power harvesting is capable of taking voltage up to 4.5 volts at
a distance of 10 cm from the transmitter.
