Abstract

JOB P-PEJ (Joint Operating Body Pertamina – Petrochina East
Java), Tuban bergerak dalam bidang produksi minyak dan gas. Central
Processing Area (CPA) merupakan suatu tempat untuk proses
pemisahan fluida dan gas lebih lanjut. Dalam kegiatan produksinya,
plant CPA JOB P-PEJ (Central Processing Area Joint Operating Body
Pertamina – Petrochina East Java), Tuban menggunakan berbagai
macam peralatan elektronika daya seperti variable speed drive (VSD),
lampu fluorescent, dan lain - lain. Efek dari penggunaan alat –alat
tersebut yaitu menimbulkan permasalahan kualitas daya (power quality)
yaitu berupa munculnya gangguan harmonisa dalam sistem tenaga
listrik yaitu pada MCC PAD A THDV 9.63%, BB MCC PAD-B THDV
8.73%, BB MCC PAD C THDV 9.55% dan MCC5.2 THDV 6.49%. selain
itu operasi yang digunakan pada Plant CPA saat ini adalah PP1 dan PP2
(yang mengalami penambahan generator Centaur 2 dan 4 motor pump
baru) yang bekerja secara independen (konfigurasi belum terintergrasi).
Untuk meningkatkan keandalan di plant CPA secara keseluruhan (PP1
dan PP2) maka akan ada wacana PP1 dan PP2 ke depan dioperasikan
terintegrasi. Pada tugas akhir ini, software yang digunakan untuk proses
simulasi adalah ETAP 7.5 untuk melakukan peredaman harmonisa
dengan menggunakan filter pasif yang didesain saat konfigurasi belum
terintergrasi. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan
filter pasif single tuned yang didesain saat konfigurasi belum
terintergrasi dapat mengurangi nilai harmonisa yang ditimbulkan
sehingga memenuhi standar IEEE Std. 519-1992 baik untuk konfigurasi
belum terintergrasi maupun untuk konfigurasi terintergrasi dalam
wacana kedepanya.

Tuban operates in production oil and gas industry. Central Processing
Area (CPA) is a place to separate between fluid and gas more futher. In
the production of process plant CPA JOB P-PEJ(Central Processing
Area Joint Operating Body Pertamina – Petrochina East Java), Tuban
using the variety of power electronic devices such as variable speed
drive (VSD), fluorescent lamp, etc. The effect from using such tools is
the presence of power quality namely harmonic distortion. The presence
of harmonic is detected in MCC PAD A THDV 9.63%, BB MCC PADB THDV 8.73%, BB MCC PAD C THDV 9.55% and MCC5.2 THDV
6.49%. In addition, the current operating that using by plant CPA is PP1
and PP2(with added generator centaur 2 and 4 pump motor) working
independently(configuration not integrated).To improve reliability in
plant CPA in a whole(PP1 and PP2), there are some proposes to
integrate between PP1 and PP2 in the future. In this final project the
software that are using is ETAP 7.5 in order to damp the harmonic with
using pasif filter designed when the condition has not been integrated
yet. The result of this final project give evidence that the using pasiv
filter single tune designed when the condition has not been integrated
yet, successfully decrease the harmonic value hence this current
condition fulfill standart IEEE Std. 519-1992 for configuration not
integrated or the integrated configuration for the purpose of
development in the future.
