Abstract

Cadangan minyak di perairan dangkal yang telah habis akan ditinggalkan dan beralih ke perairan dalam. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan cara untuk menangani platform yang sudah tidak terpakai agar tidak menjadi marine hazard. Salah satu cara untuk menangani platform yang sudah tidak terpakai adalah dengan cara pemotongan. Ada beberapa cara pemotongan platform, baik secara mekanik, semi otomatis maupun manual. Kriteria teknis, dampak terhadap lingkungan dan keselamatan dipertimbangkan untuk menentukan metode pemotongan platform. Dengan pendekatan MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Method) berbasis Fuzzy-AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) didapatkan metode pemotongan kaki jacket yang optimal. Dari hasil perhitungan diketahui bobot rata-rata dari masing-masing metode pemotongan, dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu diamond wire cutting yang mempunyai bobot rata-rata sebesar 0.436 dan yang kedua adalah abrasive water jet dengan bobot rata-rata 0.38.

Oil reserves in shallow waters that have been exhausted will be abandoned and switched to deep waters. Therefore it takes a way for a platform that is unused in order not to become a marine hazard. One way to handle unused platforms is by cutting or decommissioning the platform. There are several ways of cutting platforms, either mechanically, semi-automatic or manual. Technical criteria, environment impacts and safety are considered to determine cutting method of the platform. With Fuzzy-AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)-based MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Method) approach will get optimal jacket cutting method. From the calculation analysis of cutting method using Fuzzy-AHP, the highest weight is diamond wire cutting which has an average weight of 0.436 and the second is abrasive water jet with an average weight of 0.38.
