Abstract

Pertumbuhan manusia dan barang yang semakin bertambah menyebabkan laju transportasi manusia dan barang meningkat. Pembangunan sebuah jalan tol adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah serta dapat membantu mobilitas antara barang dan manusia lebih cepat. Dalam rangka meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi terutama di Jawa Timur maka perlu dibangun jalan tol yang menghubungkan kota-kota besar seperti Surabaya-Malang-Pasuruan. Salah satu jalan tol yang dapat mempercepat mobilitas antara kota Surabaya dan kota sekitarnya adalah jalan tol Porong-Gempol.
Terdapat 2 paket pekerjaan pada pembangunan jalan tol Porong-Gempol yaitu paket 3A dan 3B. Kelongsoran tanah timbunan yang terjadi pada paket 3B menyebabkan rumah warga sekitar area proyek rusak. Adanya kelongsoran tersebut, dikhawatirkan akan terjadi kelongsoran serupa pada tanah timbunan paket 3A mengingat tinggi timbunan pada pekerjaan paket 3A dan 3B hampir sama dan dibangun pada kondisi tanah dasar yang sama-sama lunak.
Adanya masalah tersebut diperlukan analisa penyebab kelongsoran dan perencanaan perkuatan pada pekerjaan tanah timbunan paket 3A untuk mencegah terjadinya kelongsoran seperti yang terjadi pada paket 3B. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis stabilitas timbunan yang menggunakan program bantu, analisis kelongsoran menggunakan data instrumen geoteknik (inclinometer, pneumatic piezometer, dan settlement plate) dan perencanaan perkuatan menggunakan sheet pile dan micropile bila diperlukan..
Berdasarkan hasil analisis instrumen geoteknik yang dilakukan, pemampatan pada tanah dasar di bawah tanah timbuanan paket 3A sudah dapat dikatakan selesei dengan derajat konsolidasi lebih dari 90%; jadi kondisi timbunan pada paket 3A dapat dikatakan stabil dan tidak ada bahaya longsor. Akan tetapi hasil analisa stabilitas timbunan dengan menggunakan program bantu menunjukkan nilai SF 0,898 yang berarti kurang dari SF rencana atau dalam kondisi tidak aman. Oleh karena itu timbunan pada paket 3A direncanakan untuk diberi perkuatan dengan menggunakan sheetpile tipe W-500-A-1000 sebanyak 5 buah sedalam 13 m atau micropile diameter 600 mm sebanyak 5 buah dengan kedalaman 13 m.

The growing of human and goods can lead to an increase in the rate of transport of human and goods. Construction of toll roads is one solution to facilitate the economic growth of a region. In addition, it can also help to accelerate the mobility between goods and people. In order to increase economic growth especially in east java it is necessary to build a toll road for connecting big cities like Surabaya, Malang and Pasuruan. One of the toll roads that can accelerate the mobility in Surabaya city with other cities around is the construction of Porong-Gempol toll road.
There are 2 section on the construction of the Porong-Gempol toll road, that is 3A and 3B section but in 2014 the Landslide has occurred only in the 3B section. The landslide in road embankmnet that occurred in 3B section caused the residents' houses on the side of embankment to suffer severe damage. The existence of landslide that happen in 3B section is feared also occurs in the 3A section. This location has the characteristics of embankment and soil subgrade that is relatively the same as the area that has been Sliding.
With the existence of these problems it is necessary to do an analysis to determine the cause of the landslide at 3B to prevent sliding in 3A. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the stability of the embankment by using an embankment stability support program. In addition, stability analysis of embankments through geotechnical instrument data in the field (inclinometer, pneumatic piezometer and settelemnt plate) is also required. Additional reinforcement planning using sheetpile and micropile is also required to anticipate the occurrence of sliding in the study area.
The result of the analysis based on the geotechnical instrument data shows that the soil subgrade settlement occurring in 3A has exceeded 90% of degree of consolidation. In addition, the embankment that has been built also shows stability and does not indicate the occurrence of landslides risk for the short term. However, the result of the stability analysis of the embankment for the long term obtains the safety factor value less than 1 (SF = 0.898; landslide will occurred) so that the sheetpile reinforcement is planned to anticipate the long-term landslide that may occur. The required reinforcement is a W-500-A-1000 sheetpile of 5 pieces / m 'or a 60 cm diameter pile of 5 pieces / m' installed along the landslide.
