Abstract

Jembatan Sembayat berada di kabupaten Gresik yang merupakan akses vital jalur pantura. Jembatan Sembayat memiliki panjang bentang 353,433 meter dengan sistem jembatan struktur rangka baja, struktur floor slab komposit antara pelat beton dengan girder baja, didukung dengan 2 (dua) abutmen dan 5 (lima) pilar jembatan menggunakan struktur pondasi tiang pancang sebagai struktur bangunan bawah. Sistem struktur jembatan Sembayat Lama ini dirasa tidak cocok untuk jembatan tipe bentang panjang, karena kurangnya kekuatan, sehingga berpengaruh pada penambahan konstruksi pilar jembatan. Pada perencanaan modifikasi desain jembatan Sembayat Lama ini, direncanakan memiliki panjang total 180 m untuk bentang utamanya pada STA 0+350 – STA 0+530, dengan lebar 15 m. Sistem struktur yang digunakan adalah sistem busur dengan rangka batang tipe half-through. Struktur busur rangka memiliki kemampuan untuk menopang struktur dengan bentang yang panjang, dan memiliki nilai estetika lebih.
Pada perencanaan jembatan ini, akan dibahas mengenai perencanan struktur atas beserta struktur bawahnya yang dihitung berdasarkan peraturan jembatan yang berlaku, antara lain: SNI 1725:2016, RSNI T-03-2005, RSNI T-12-2004, RSNI 2833-201X dan AISC 2010. Tahapan awal adalah perhitungan lantai kendaraan, girder, dilanjutkan dengan analisa struktur utama dan sekunder menggunakan program bantu SAP200, dari hasil analisa didapat profil utama busur bawah menggunakan profil box 1100.900.50 dan busur atas menggunakan profil 900.700.50. Dibahas juga mengenai metode pelaksanaan jembatan Sembayat dengan sistem struktur rangka batang metode balanced cantilever.

Sembayat Bridge is located in Gresik district which becomes one of the most vital access of Pantura road track. The existing bridge span is 353,433 meters long using the structural system of steel trussed-bridge and composite floor slab between concrete slab and steel girder. The lower structures were supported by 2 (two) abutments and 5 (five) pillars using driven pile as the main structural foundation. This kind of structural system that have been constructed for Sembayat Lama bridge is not quite compatible to be applied for long span-bridge type, due to lack of stiffness, thus contributing to the construction of additional pillars. In this design modification of Sembayat Lama bridge, it was planned to have a total length of 180 m for its main span on STA 0 + 350 - STA 0 + 530 and width of 15 m in total. The structural system that was applied was trussed-arch system with a half-through type. The trussed-arch has the ability to sustain structures defined as a long span bridge, and notably it has better aesthetic value compared to another type of bridges.
In this design plan, it was discussed about upper and lower structure design calculation based on authorized bridge regulations, among others: SNI 1725: 2016, RSNI T-03-2005, RSNI T-12-2004, RSNI 2833-201X and AISC 2010. The initial methodology is the calculation of floor slab and steel girder followed by the analysis of the primary and secondary structures using the SAP200 auxiliary program, From the analysis that have been done, it could be obtained that the main profile of the lower chords were designed using steel box 1100.900.50 and the upper chords used the profile of steel box 900.700.50. It was also discussed about the method of construction of Sembayat bridge using balanced cantilever method.
