Abstract

Potensi perikanan di Perairan Laut Selatan Malang cukup besar. Berdasarkan data hasil tangkapan dapat diketahui bahwa ada beberapa jenis ikan yang ditangkap oleh para nelayan disana seperti tuna, cakalang, tongkol dan lain-lain. Akan tetapi, nelayan di pesisir pantai masih menggunakan teknologi yang tradisional. Oleh sebab itu perlu ada pengembangan kapal penangkap ikan beserta alat tangkapnya. Selain memoderenisasi alat tangkap ikan, juga perlu memperhatikan kualitas hasil tangkapan itu sendiri agar memiliki standart kualitas ekspor. Dengan adanya hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan alternatif pola pengoperasional kapal yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ikan hasil tangkap. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mendesain sebuah kapal penangkap ikan yang digunakan untuk perairan laut selatan Malang. Perencanaan ukuran kapal ikan, data utama kapal, alat tangkap dan perhitungan-perhitungan pendekatan yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik daerah pelayaran dari kapal tersebut. Hasil regresi ukuran utama adalah Lpp = 17.11 m, B = 3.8 m, T = 1.21 m, H = 1.60 m, Cb = 0.54, dan Vs = 9 knot. Dari ukuran utama tersebut kemudian dibuat gambar rencana garis dan gambar rencana umum. Alat tangkap yang digunakan rawai tuna dasar. Sedangkan, Analisis Ekonomis dilakukan dengan Analisis Kelayakan Investasi. Kelayakan investasi dilakukan dengan biaya pembangunan = Rp 1,221,490,193.04; NPV = Rp 35,634,702.26; IRR = 14%; dan PP = 3.75 tahun.

Potential about the fish in South Malang Sea Waters is large enough. Based on data from existing fish catch can known that there are several types of fish caught by fisherman there, like tuna, skipjack, and etc. But, fisherman in coast still use a conventional technology. So therefore, there needs to be development of fishing vessel and their fishing catch equipment. Except modernize the fishing catch equipment, there are also need to consider the quality of the catch outcome itself in order to have export quality standards. Because of this matter needs to be considered to alternative patterns operational vessel that can increasing the quality of the fish catch outcome. The purpose of this final project is to Design of a Fishing Vessel Ship For South Malang Sea. Operation principle of this fishing vessel is to produce a fish product optimally and efficiently. Planning the size, main data, equipment, and calculations aproach of fishing vessel that adjust with caracteristic of cruise ship area. Regression value of main measure Lpp = 17.11 m, B =3.8 m, T = 1.27 m, H = 1.69 m, Cb = 0.54, and Vs = 9 knots. From the main measure, will be created a lines plan and general aranggement. Used the fishing catch equipment long line tuna. Meanwhile, Economic Analysis is done with Investment Feasibility Analysis. Investment feasibility is done with building cost = Rp 1,221,490,193.04; NPV = Rp 35,634,702.26; IRR = 14%; and BEP = 3.75 year.
