Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang studi gangguan campuran ion Cd(II) dan Zn(II) terhadap analisa besi dengan pengompleks 1,10-Fenantrolin pada pH 4,5 secara spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mereduksi Besi (III) menjadi Besi (II) menggunakan natrium tiosulfat, kemudian dikomplekskan dengan 1,10-fenantrolin pada kondisi pH 4,5. Kompleks diukur panjang gelombang maksimumnya menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis, selanjutnya dibuat kurva kalibrasi, dan diuji pengaruh campuran ion Cd(II) dan Zn(II) terhadap analisa besi. Penentuan λ_maks Fe(II)-Fenantrolin diperoleh pada 509 nm. Regresi linear (R2) dari kurva kalibrasi didapatkan sebesar 0,998, garis linier dengan persamaan y= 0,098x + 0,013 dan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,999. Analisa Variasi konsentrasi Zn(II):0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,35; 0,4; 0,5 ppm dengan konsentrasi Cd(II) tetap 0,1 ppm, campuran ion mulai menganggu pada konsentrasi Zn(II) 0,4 ppm dengan % Rekoveri 122,59%. Variasi Konsentrasi Cd(II) :0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,35; 0,4; 0,5 ppm dengan konsentrasi Zn(II) tetap 0,1 ppm, campuran ion mulai menganggu pada konsentrasi Cd(II) 0,3 ppm dengan % Rekoveri 120,20%.

This research is about study of mixed disorder of Cd (II) and Zn (II) ions to iron analysis with 1,10-Fenantrolin complexing at pH 4,5 by spectrophotometry UV-Vis. The study was conducted by reducing Iron (III) to Iron (II) using sodium thiosulfate, then complexed with 1,10-phenantrolin at pH 4,5. The complex was measured at maximum wavelength using spectrophotometer UV-Vis, then made calibration curve, and tested the effect of Cd (II) and Zn (II) ion mixture on iron analysis. Determination of Fe (II) -Fenantrolin λmaks was obtained at 509 nm. The linear regression (R2) of the calibration curve is 0.998, linear line with the equation y = 0.098x + 0.013 and the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999. Analysis Variation of Zn (II) concentration: 0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,35; 0,4; 0,5 ppm with the concentration of Cd (II) remained 0.1 ppm, the ion mixture began to disrupt the concentration of Zn (II) 0.4 ppm with the% Recoveries of 122.59%. Variation Concentration Cd (II): 0.1; 0.2; 0,3; 0,35; 0,4; 0,5 ppm with Zn (II) concentration remained 0,1 ppm, the ion mixture began to disturb at a concentration of Cd (II) 0,3 ppm with a% Recovered 120,20%.
