Abstract

Dalam perkerasan jalan apabila perkerasan kaku telah
mencapai akhir dari umur rencana sehingga tidak mampu untuk
menahan beban lalu lintas yang berada di permukaannya, maka
terdapat dua pilihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perkerasan
kaku tersebut, yaitu dengan cara mengganti perkerasan tersebut
dengan perkerasan beton yang baru, atau dengan menambah
lapisan pada perkerasan yang sudah ada.
Penurunan kualitas jalan ditandai dengan adanya kerusakan
pada perkerasan kaku, kerusakan yang terjadi juga bervariasi pada
setiap segmen di sepanjang ruas jalan. Jika dibiarkan dalam jangka
waktu yang lama, hal tersebut akan memperburuk kondisi lapisan
perkerasan sehingga mempengaruhi keamanan, kenyamanan, dan
kelancaran lalu lintas.
Dalam penanganan kerusakan jalan terdapat batas anggaran
yang harus dipenuhi sehingga harus dibuatnya prioritas
penanganan dimana kerusakan tersebut memiliki nilai biaya yang
sedikit.
Hasil yang diperoleh pada Tugas Akhir ini urutan penentuan
prioritas penanganan kerusakan jalan yaitu prioritas pertama Jalan
Kyai Mojo arah Krian, prioritas kedua JalanKyai Mojo arah
Sidoarjo, prioritas ketiga Jalan Legundi arah Kab. Gresik, prioritas
keempat Jalan Legundi arah Krian, prioritas kelima Jalan Ki Hajar
Dewantara arah Mojosari lajur I, prioritas keenam Jalan Ki Hajar
Dewantara arah Mojosari lajur II, prioritas ketujuh Jalan Ki Hajar
Dewantara arah Krian lajur II, dan prioritas kedelapan Jalan Ki
Hajar Dewantara arah Krian lajur I.

In road pavement, if rigid pavement has reached the end of its
planned time thus is no longer to be capable of containing traffic
load above the surface, therefore there are two choices to increase
the ability of that rigid pavement, by changing the pavement with
new concrete pavement or by adding layer above the existing
pavement.
Quality decrease of road is signed by having damage on its
rigid pavement, the damage that happens, varies on each segment
among the road. If it is abandoned for long time, that will worsen the
condition of pavement layer so it will affect safety, comfort, and
smoothness of traffic.
In handling the damage of road, there is budget limit that has
to be fulfilled so it has to be made that the first priority must have
less budget.
The obtained results of this Final Project are the priority of
determining road damage maintenance that are first priority is Kyai
Mojo Road Krian direction, second priority isKyai Mojo Road
Sidoarjo direction, third priority is Legundi Road Gresik Districts
direction, fourth priorityis Legundi Road Krian direction, fifth
priority is Ki Hajar Dewantara Mojosari direction Lane I, sixth
priority is Ki Hajar Dewantara Road Mojosari direction Lane
II,seventh priority is Ki Hajar Dewantara Road Krian direction Lane II, and eighth priority is Ki Hajar Dewantara Road Krian Direction
Lane I.
