Abstract

Gedung Hotel Swiss-Belinn Darmo merupakan bangunan 14 lantai yang memiliki fungsi sebagai hotel dan ballroom 1 lantai akan dimodifikasi dengan menambah ballroom menjadi 2 lantai, yang akan didesain menggunakan beton bertulang pada keseluruhan lantai. Kecuali pada lantai 14 dan lantai atap yang akan direncanakan dengan balok prategang 30 m, karena didesain tanpa adanya struktur kolom di tengah ruangan.
Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung Hotel Swiss-Belinn Darmo ini akan didesain menggunakan Sistem Ganda karena gedung terletak di Kategori Desain Seismik D. Rangka utama didesain sebagai Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus dan dinding struktur didesain sebagai dinding struktur Beton Khusus.
Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing arah sebesar 29,547% dan 26,672% sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Gaya prategang pada balok prategang lantai 14 didapat sebesar 5000 KN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 21,71% dan gaya prategang pada balok prategang lantai atap didapat sebesar 3000 KN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 19,663%.

Swiss-Belinn Darmo Hotel Tower is a building with 14 floors that has function as hotel and one floor ballroom will be modified with two floors ballroom, which designed using reinforced concrete for all floors. Except for the 14th and roof floors is designed with 30 meters prestressed concrete beam, because it designed without any column interfering the space of the room.
Swiss-Belinn Darmo Hotel Tower is designed using Dual System since it is assigned with Seismic Design Category D. The main frame is designed with Special Moment Resisting Frame System and the structural wall is designed as a Special Structural Wall.
From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the main frame of the building is able to withstand the lateral load in X and Y directions of 29,547% and 26,672% respectively, so that the Dual System requirements are fulfilled. The prestressing force of the beams at the 14th is 5000 KN with 21,71% oss of prestressing force and the prestressing force of the beams at the roof floor is 3000 KN with the loss of prestressing force of 19,663%.
