Abstract

Jembatan adalah suatu struktur konstruksi yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan dua bagian jalan yang terputus oleh adanya rintangan-rintangan seperti lembah yang dalam, alur sungai saluran irigasi dan lain sebagainnya. Dengan melihat fungsi sarana transportasi yang cukup besar dan vital bagi kehidupan khususnya untuk menunjang perekonomian di daerah Riau, maka dibangun Jembatan Gugus sebagai penghubung kota Tanjungpinang dan Senggarang.
Dalam perencanaan modifikasi Jembatan Gugus akan dibangun dengan menggunakan konstruksi cable-stayed two inclined planes system asymmetric pattern. Jembatan ini dibagi menjadi dua bentang dengan panjang masing-masing bentang 160 m dan 40 m serta lebar jalan jembatan 15 meter. Konfigurasi kabel menggunakan two inclined planes ststem asymmetric pattern.
Adapun hasi dari perencanaan ini struktur sekunder jembatan terdiri atas railing dengan profil baja hollow diameter 60,5, pelat lantai kendaraan dengan tebal pelat beton 200 mm dan aspal 50 mm, dan gelagar yang terdiei dari gelagar melintang WF 912.302.18.34, gelagar memanjang WF 400.300.9.14, serta gelagar kantilever WF 350.175.7.11. Untuk sambungan gelagar sendiri menggunakan simple connection dengan pelat siku L. Sedangkan struktur utama terdiri atas gelagar utama menggunakan rectangular twin box girder 2500.1500.50.50, kemudian cable tersusun atas 7-wire strand yang berdiameter 15,2 mm dan pylon yang didesain menggunakan material beton bertulang dengan dimensi 3500 mm x 2500 mm dengan rongga didalamnya. Untuk permodelan struktur utama dan analisa struktur menggunakan program bantu MIDAS/Civil. Selanjutnya jembatan juga dianalisa stabilitas aerodinamis yang meliputi kontrol terhadap frekwensi alami, efek flutter, dan juga vortex-shedding.

Bridge is the construction of structure that serves to connect two parts of the road that are separated by obstacles such as deep valleys, irrigation channels and so on. By looking at the function of transportation facilities that are large and vital for life, especially to support the economy of Riau, then built the Gugus bridge as a connector of Tanjungpinang and Senggarang city.
In this modification Gugus Riau bridge will be built using cable stayed bridge construction with two inclined planes system asymmetric pattern. The bridge is divided into two spans with each span length of 160 m and 40 m as well as the width of the bridge road is 15 meters. Cable congfiguration uses two inclined planes system asymmetric pattern.
The result of this planning is the secondary structure consist of railing with 60,5 diameter stell hollow profile, floor plate of vehicle with thickness of concrete slab 200 mm and asphalt 50 mm, the transversal girder using WF 400.300.9.14, longitudinal girder using WF 350.175.9.14 and the cantilever girder using WF 350.175.7.11. For the connection itself using simple connection with the L plate. While the main structure consist of the main girders using rectangular twin box girder 2500.1500.50.50, the cable is composed of 7-wire strand with 15.2 mm diameter and pylon designed with reinforced hollow concrete material with dimensions 3500 mm x 2500 mm. For modelling structure and structure analysis using MIDAS / Civil program. Furthermore, the brige also analysed aerodynamic stability which includes control over natural frequency, flutter effect, and also vortex-shedding.
