Abstract

Dalam proses percepatan pembangunan Kapal Cepat Rudal 60 Meter (KCR-60M) ke-4 atau KCR-60M Batch 2, digunakan metode 4 starting point dengan 4 modul (zone Engine Room, zone Cargo Hold, zone accommodation Bridge dan zone Wheel House), yang dikerjakan secara paralel. Dan selanjutnya dievaluasi berapa % percepatan yang terjadi bandingkan dengan durasi penyelesaian pembangunan KCR-60M dengan 1 starting point,. Sebelum proses fisik pembangunan KCR-60M ke-4 dilaksanakan, schedule detail dengan telah mempertimbangkan segala aspek telah dibuat, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih juga dijumpai kendala yang menghambat proses penyelesaian proyek. Untuk itu pada periode tertentu perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja proyek guna kepastian proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu sesuai rencana, dan evaluasi dapat dilakukan menggunakan Earned Value Analysis (EVA). Berdasarkan biaya, evaluasi kinerja proyek perbulan selama 6 bulan didapatkan hasil : Schedule Variance (SV) pada peninjauan ke-1 s/d ke-4 bernilai negatif (lebih lambat dari rencana), peninjauan ke-5 dan ke 6 nilai positif (lebih cepat dari rencana), Schedule Performance Index (SPI)) pada peninjauan ke-1 s/d ke-4 bernilai < 1 (lebih lambat dari rencana), peninjauan ke-5 dan ke-6 >1 (lebih cepat dari rencana). Jika kinerja proyek tetap, diprediksi penyelesaian pekerjaan = 400 hari, berdasarkan perencanaan = 405 hari, maka terjadi percepatan = 5 hari . Penyelesaian pekerjaan Hull Construction KCR-60M ke-4 = 400 hari, Penyelesaian pekerjaan KCR-60M sebelumnya dengan 1 starting point = 468 hari, terjadi percepatan = 68 hari atau 14,5 %

Schedule Performance Index (SPI(t)) pada peninjauan ke-1 s/d ke-4 bernilai < 1 (lebih lambat dari rencana), peninjauan ke-5 dan ke 6 nilai >1 (lebih cepat dari rencana). Jika kinerja proyek tetap, diprediksi penyelesaian pekerjaan = 401 hari, berdasarkan perencanaan = 405 hari, maka terjadi percepatan = 4 hari. Penyelesaian pekerjaan Hull Construction KCR-60M ke-4 = 401 hari, Penyelesaian pekerjaan KCR-60M sebelumnya dengan 1 starting point = 468 hari, maka terjadi percepatan = 67 hari atau 14,3 % ============================================================================================================

Based on cost, monthly project performance evaluation for 6 months resulted: Schedule Variance (SV) at review 1st to 4th is negative (slower than plan), 5th and 6th review of positive value (faster of the plan), the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) at the 1st to 4th visit is <1 (slower than plan), the 5th and 6th> 1st (faster than plan). If project performance is fixed, predicted completion of work = 400 days, based on planning = 405 days, then acceleration = 5 days. Completion of 4th KCR-60M Hull Construction work = 400 days, Completion of previous KCR-60M work with 1 starting point = 468 days, acceleration = 68 days or 14.5%
Time based, Schedule Variance (SV (t)) on the 1st to 4th visit is negative (slower than plan), 5th and 6th positive values (faster than plan). The Schedule Performance Index (SPI (t)) at review 1st to 4th is <1 (slower than plan), 5th and 6th values> 1 (ahead of plan). If the project performance remains, predictable completion of work = 401 days, based on planning = 405 days, then acceleration = 4 days. Completion of 4th KCR-60M Hull Construction work = 401 days, Completion of previous KCR-60M work with 1 starting point = 468 days, acceleration = 67 days or 14.3%
