Abstract

Steam sangat berperan penting dalam proses produksi amonia pada pabrik I PT Petrokimia Gresik. Kebutuhan steam diproduksi oleh steam drum yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan uap dan air. Proses pada steam drum harus selalu dijaga, sehingga tidak mengalami kerugian dari segi material maupun non material. Untuk mencegah dan mengurangi dampak dari resiko yang ditimbulkan dari potensi bahaya, diperlukan adanya risk assessment. Hasil penilaian dan bahaya harus mudah dimengerti oleh pekerja yang memiliki pengetahuan awam dalam bidang safety. Keluaran sistem fuzzy dalam variable linguistik akan memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan hasil yang mudah dimengerti. Sehingga sistem fuzzy merupakan metode yang paling tepat untuk digunakan dalam sebuah penilaian, estimasi maupun prediksi secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitan, didapatkan bahwa penggunaan fuzzy logic memberikan nilai indeks resiko yang memiliki perbedaan berkisar antara 10% jika dibandingkan dengan risk matriks klasik. ======================================================================================================= Steam is essential in the production of ammonia at PT Petrokimia Gresik's factory. Steam needs with steam drum that serves to separate the vapor and air. The process of steam drum must always be maintained, so that it does not experience any material or non material loss. To prevent and mitigate the impact of hazards, risk assessment is required. The results of the assessment and the hazards should be easily understood by the workers who have lay knowledge in the field of safety. The output of the fuzzy system in linguistic variables will provide the ease of delivering easy-to-understand results. Appropriate methods to use in a qualitative and quantitative assessment, estimation and prediction. Based on the research, the use of fuzzy logic gives an index value that has a difference between 10% when compared with classical risk matrix.
