Abstract

Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan mempertimbangk.an penerapan sistem lelang pada
kapal tangkap dalam satu blok wilayah tankapan ikan. Salah satu wilayah pengelolaan
Melalui pendekatan metode vehicle routing
problem didapatkan ukuran payload kapal minimum yaitu 1.320 ton. Payload kapal ikan
digunakan untuk. mencari deadweight kapal pengolah ikan. Kemudian dengan pendekatan
regresi deadweight didapatkan ukuran kapal yaitu Lpp = 57.97 m, B = 13.57 m, T = 6.20
m, H = 10.02 m, BHP = 6.070 HP, V p = 135 ton/hari.

Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries to consider the application of the system of
auction on fishing vessels in one block area of trawling fish. One of the fishery
management area 712 are located in the Java Sea is the largest producer of fish catches
in Indonesia 398 531 tonnes a year, with 8 points catch fish. By looking at this situation
arises an idea of fish-processing vessels needed to process the catches at 8 points.
Through the method of vehicle routing problem approach earned minimum payload size
ship is 1,320 tons. Payload fishing boats used to search for fish processing vessels
deadweight. Then the regression approach deadweight vessel size are obtained Lpp =
57.97 m, B = 13:57 m, T = 6.20 m, H = 10:02 m, BHP = 6,070 HP, V p = 135 tons / day.
By using these known vehicle routing problem for this vessel is 7 shipping route. With
the size of the fish processing vessels and shipping routes is an increase in value-added
sales price when using scenario 1 for swordfish added value for Rp. 19,457,556 / ton and
red snapper Rp. 21,257,556 / ton, when choosing scenario 2 plus for swordfish is Rp.
18,320,568 / ton and red snapper Rp. 20,120,568 / ton
