Abstract

Antena mikrostrip dan rangkaian RF Power Harvester telah
disimulasikan, difabrikasi dan dilakukan pengukuran secara terpisah
sebelum diintegrasikan pada satu substrat. Antena dirancang untuk dapat
bekerja pada frekuensi WLAN 2.4 GHz. Substrat Rogers RO4360 dengan
konstanta dielektrik 6.15 digunakan pada perancangan integrated
rectenna untuk aplikasi wireless power transfer (WPT). Matching
network dirancang diantara antena dan rangkaian penyearah untuk
memaksimalkan transfer daya. Perangkat integrated rectenna diukur dan
diuji untuk mencatu daya tanpa kabel pada display elektronik. Tegangan
maksimum yang terukur adalah 5 volt pada jarak 20 cm dari access point
dengan daya pancar maksimum 316 mwatt. Didapatkan daya yang
dihasilkan integrated rectenna sebesar 22.73 μwatt. Semakin jauh jarak
rectenna dari pemancar, semakin rendah tegangan keluaran yang didapat.
Hasil tegangan dari perangkat integrated rectenna mampu mencatu daya
pada kalkulator

The microstrip antenna and the rectifier circuit are simulated,
fabricated, and tested separately. Before they are integrated into the same
substrate. Antenna is designed to work at 2.4 GHz WLAN frequency.
Rogers RO4360 substrate with 6.15 dielectric constant is used for design
an integrated rectenna for wireless power transfer (WPT) application.
Matching network is designed in between antenna and rectifier circuit to
maximize power transfer. Integrated rectenna is measured and tested for
wirelessly powered electronics display. 5 volts maximum voltage is
measured in 20 cm distance from access point with maximum power
transmit at 316 mwatt. Integrated rectenna can generated power at 22.73
μwatt. The farther the distance from the transmitter rectenna, the lower
the output voltage obtained. The results of integrated rectenna is able to
powering a calculator.
