Abstract

Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan metode Failure Mode and
priority number (RPN) seluruh komponen, menunjukkan RPN
tertinggi yaitu TTXD.
komponen TTXD mengalami gangguan.

Gas turbine is a device that utilizes gas as a fluid to rotate
the turbine with an internal combustion so as to turn a generator
to produce electricity. Gas turbine has a great degree of danger,
so it is necessary to study to analyze how big the potential failure
of components in the gas turbine. Failure analysis performed
quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis was
performed by calculating the reliability of all components and the
determination of preventive maintenance. Qualitative analysis
was conducted using Failure Mode and Effect Analisys (FMEA)
and Fault Tree Analisys (FTA). Determination of reliability that
is done with the help of software reliasoft weibull 6 ++ indicates
the current 8760 operating hours or 1 year, the component that
has the lowest reliability, namely vibration monitoring with a
value of 0.52. The reliability of the system at the time of 4380
hours0r 6 month is 0.798, this value is classified as moderate.
FMEA analysis results and risk priority number (RPN) all
components, showed the highest RPN TTXD. Results fault tree
analysis (FTA), shows a top event of gas turbine is GTG trip and
basic event is flow tubing arrangement trouble until the fault of
the operator resulting in impaired identification process of TTXD
components.
