Abstract
Cycloartobiloxanthone (1) have been isolated from root bark Artocarpus elasticus which came from the island of Flores in NTT. Compound was obtained as a yellow powder with melting point 205-207˚C. The structure of compound was determinated by spectroscopy analysis with UV, IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, and compound comparison. The compound is xanthones a derived of flavonoids that have been reported previously.
