Abstract

One East Residence Apartment adalah salah satu apartemen di Surabaya yang merencanakan pembangunan basement untuk pemanfaatan lahan parkir. Basement yang direncanakan terdiri dari 3 lantai, dengan elevasi 11,5 meter di bawah tanah. Perencanaan struktur basement ini harus stabil dan kuat menahan tekanan tanah lateral, dengan kondisi tanah proyek yang dominan lunak. Hasil uji Standard Penetration Test (SPT) menunjukkan bahwa tanah proyek memiliki nilai NSPT kurang dari 10 atau dapat dikategorikan tanah lempung atau lunak. Oleh karena itu, basement pada proyek ini memerlukan dinding penahan tanah yang mampu menahan tekanan tanah lateral yang disebabkan oleh tanah lunak tersebut.
Basement One East Residence Apartment direncanakan dinding penahan tanah dengan jenis soldier pile. Basement dikerjakan dengan mengganakan metode bottom up. Namun, saat pekerjaan basement berlangsung, soldier pile mengalami pergeseran yang mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan hal tersebut dikarenakan defleksi dinding penahan tanah. hal tersebut berakibat pada kerusakan bangunan sekitar. Selain itu, saat pekerjaan soldier pile ini berlangsung, terjadi kebisingan dan kemacetan pada Jalan Raya Kertajaya Indah dan Jalan Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno atau Middle East Ring Road (MERR).
Pada tugas akhir ini, dilakukan evaluasi pada dinding penahan tanah soldier pile yang sudah ada menggunakan metode Stress and Deformation : Beam on Elastic Foundation. Hasil panjang dinding penahan tanah yang diperoleh yaitu 25 m. panjang tersebut aman terhadap pengaruh uplift dan heave. Dari hasil evaluasi kemudian dilakukan perencanaan ulang soldier pile dan alternatif dinding penahan tanah secant pile dan diaphragm wall. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh nilai defleksi maksimum untuk soldier pile eksisting sebesar 11,5 cm, soldier pile rencana sebesar 0,74 cm, dan alternatif secant pile sebesar 0,84 cm. Diameter untuk soldier pile dan secant pile adalah 1 meter. Proses mobilisasi material direncanakan untuk alternatif secant pile untuk mengurangi kemacetan jalan raya yang terjadi.

One East Residence Apartment is one of the apartments in Surabaya that plans to build a basement for the use of parking lots. The planned basement consists of 3 floors, with elevation of 11.5 meters underground. The planning of this basement structure must be stable and strong resist lateral soil pressures, with soft dominant soil project conditions. Standard Penetration Test (SPT) test results indicate that the project soil has an NSPT value of less than 10 or can be categorized as clay or soft soil. Therefore, the basement on this project requires a retaining wall capable of resisting lateral soil pressures caused by the soft soil.
Basement One East Residence Apartment planned retaining wall with type soldier pile. Basement is done by using the bottom up method. However, as the basement work progresses, the soldier pile undergoes a shift resulting in irregularities due to deflection of the retaining wall. it results in damage to the surrounding buildings. In addition, when this soldier pile work took place, there was noise and congestion on Jalan Raya Kertajaya Indah and Dr. Road. Ir. H. Soekarno or Middle East Ring Road (MERR).
In this final project, an evaluation on existing pier soldier pile wall using Stress and Deformation method: Beam on Elastic Foundation. The result of retaining wall length is 25 m. the length is safe against the influence of uplift and heave. From the evaluation results then re-soldier pile re-planning and alternative soil wall secant pile wall and diaphragm wall. From the evaluation result obtained maximum deflection value for existing soldier pile of 11,5 cm, soldier pile plan equal to 0,74 cm, and alternative secant pile equal to 0,84 cm. Diameter for soldier pile and secant pile is 1 meter. The material mobilization process is planned for secant pile alternatives to reduce road congestion occurring.
