Abstract

Bendungan Tugu terletak di Desa Nglinggis Kecamatan Tugu Kabupaten Trenggalek. Bendungan Tugu dibangun untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang sering terjadi di sekitar Bendungan tugu seperti kekeringan pada musim kemarau serta mengalami banjir di saat musim penghujan dan untuk memakmurkan masyarakat di sekitar Bendungan Tugu yang mayoritas berprofesi sebagai petani sehingga sangat membutuhkan air yang cukup untuk mengairi lahan sawahnya.
Bendungan Tugu merupakan bendungan tipe urugan dengan inti tegak kedap air. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Bendungan Tugu terdapat beberapa jenis pekerjaan antara lain pekerjaan persiapan dan fasilitas pelaksanaan, pekerjaan pengelak, pekerjaan galian pondasi, pekerjaan timbunan, dan pekerjaan bangunan pelimpah.
Pada tubuh bendung Bendungan Tugu terdapat beberapa zona yaitu zona Inti kedap air, zona filter halus, zona filter kasar, zona random fill, zona rock fill, dan zona rip rap. Oleh karena itu metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah penimbunan yang bertahap.

Tugu Dam is located in the Village Nglinggis Tugu District Trenggalek. Tugu Dam is built to overcome the problems that often occur around the Dam monument such as drought during the dry season and experiencing flooding during the rainy season and to prosper the people around Tugu Dam who mostly work as farmers so it is in need of enough water to irrigate the land of rice fields.
Tugu Dam is a type of urugan dam with an upright waterproof core. In the implementation of the Tugu Dam construction there are several types of work, among others, preparatory work and implementation facilities, duck work, foundation excavation works, heap construction, and spillway building work.
In the Tugu Dam dam body there are several zones of waterproof core zone, fine filter zone, coarse filter zone, random fill zone, rock fill zone, and rip rap zone. Therefore the implementation method used is a gradual hoarding.
With the construction of Tugu Dam is expected to meet the needs of irrigation water area of 1200 Ha, raw water supply 400 liters / sec, PLTMH, and as a flood prevention.
