Abstract

Pengambilan data LiDAR di Indonesia menggunakan gelombang infra merah untuk menghasilkan nilai elevasi permukaan yang terbiaskan karena tidak dapat menembus kedalaman perairan. Dalam membuat obyek perairan dari hasil akuisisi LiDAR diperlukan metode untuk membuat permukaan air lebih baik. Salah satu metode pembuatan DTM pada daerah perairan pada pengolahan data LiDAR adalah hydro enforcement. Dalam pembuatan DTM dibutuhkan kualitas DTM sesuai kontrol kualitas di petunjuk pelaksanaan pembuatan DTM hydro enforcement dari Badan Informasi Geospasial. Pengolahan DTM menggunakan metode hydro enforcement dimulai dari draping terrain badan perairan, menghilangkan mass points dalam perairan hingga pembentukkan breakline untuk badan perairan sesuai hasil draping yang mempunyai interval antar point cloud di badan perairan adalah 0.5 meter. Kemudian melakukan proses macro hydro enforcement pada software pengolahan LiDAR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas DTM dengan metode hydro enforcement memberikan visualisasi yang baik untuk perencanaan infrakstruktur dalam pembuatan irigasi, pintu air dan memberikan detail yang baik untuk pembuatan unsur hipsografi dalam Peta RBI skala 1:5000. Namun demikian, metode hydro enforcement ini masih terdapat kekurangan dari segi akurasi, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengambilan data lapangan.

LiDAR data retrieving in Indonesia used the infrared wave to generate a biased elevation result because it can’t penetrate the depth of the waters. In order to create aquatic objects from the result of LiDAR acquisition, a certain method is needed to enhance the quality of water surface. One of the methods to create Digital Terrain Model (DTM) of an aquatic area on LiDAR data processing is hydro enforcement. DTM quality must be in accordance with the quality control listed on the manual instructions of DTM hydro enforcement established by Geospatial Information Agency (Indonesian: Badan Informasi Geospasial, abbreviation: BIG). DTM processing using hydro enforcement method is started from draping terrain of the water body, eliminating mass poinst on the water, and forming the breakline of the water body corresponding to the draping result with the interval of 0.5 m between point cloud on the water body. The next step is processing macro hydro enforcement using LiDAR software. The result of this research shows that the quality of DTM using hydro enforcement method gives better visualization for infrastructure planning on the construction of irrigation and sluice, and also gives better detail to create hypsography elements in Indonesian Topographic Map (Indonesian: Peta Rupabumi Indonesia, abbreviation: Peta RBI) on a 1:5000 scale. However, this hydro enforcement method still has flaws in accuracy, so that field data retrieval is necessarily needed.
