Abstract

Gedung Ibis Style Hotel tanah abang merupakan Gedung yang difungsikan sebagai tempat hunian sementara bagi orang-orang yang singgah di Jakarta. Gedung Ibis Style hotel Tanah Abang merupakan bangunan 19 lantai. Gedung ini dibangun dengan metode co ditempat sehingga memerlukan waktu pengerjaan yang relative lama karena harus menunggu kekuatan beton mencapai kekuatan tertentu.
Karena lokasi pembangunan yang berletak di sekitar Jakarta yang merupakan tempat yang ramai akan aktifitas masyarakat membuat pembangunan harus dilaksanakan dengan cepat agar tidak mengganggu aktifitas masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu pada perancangan kali ini akan direncanakan dengan metode flat slab, Karena flat slab tidak perlu memasang bekisting balok dan dapat mempercepat pemasangan utilitas dan kelistrikan. Flat slab merupakan sistem pelat lantai dua arah yang memikul beban gravitasi langsung ke kolom tanpa terdistribusi ke arah tributari dari balok panelnya. Namun flat slab memiliki kelemahan yaitu kurang mampu menahan gaya gempa oleh karena itu pada perancangan ini keseluruhan gaya geser yang diakibatkan oleh gaya gempa akan diterima oleh shear wall.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, secara keseluruhan direncanakan dengan Sistem Rangka Gedung (SRG) dengan struktur beton khusus karena dalam perancangannya bangunan ini terletak pada zona gempa tinggi sehingga seluruh beban lateral akan dipikul oleh dinding struktur yang telah tercantum pada SNI 03-1726-2012 yang membatasi penggunaan struktur flat slab lebih spesifik.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan ringkasan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing arah sebesar 5.74% dan 8.55% sehingga syarat Sistem Rangka Gedung terpenuhi.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhtiungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu tebal flat slab 30 cm, dimensi drop panel 300x300x10 cm, dimensi balok tepi 40/70 cm, dimensi kolom lantai 1-19 adalah 100 x 100 cm dengan f’c yang berbeda, tebal shearwall 50 cm dan terdapat 3 tipe. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang spun pile 60 cm dengan kedalaman 30 m.

Ibis Style Hotel Tanah Abang is a building that functioned as a temporary shelter for people who visit Jakarta. Ibis Style Hotel Tanah Abang is a building with 19 floor. This building is built with cast in situ method so it needs a lot of time of workmanship because it has to wait until the concrete reachs a certain strength.
Due to the construction location that located around Jakarta which is a crowded place makes the construction should be implemented quickly so it will not disrupt the activities of surrounding communities. Therefore in this final project, the building will be design with flat slab method, Because flat slab does not need to install the formwork of beams and can accelerate the installation of utilities and electricity. Flat slab is a two-way floor plates system that carries a gravity load directly to the column without being distributed toward the tributary of the panel beam. However flat slab has a weakness that is less able to withstand earthquake forces therefore in this design the overall shear force caused by the force of the earthquake will be accepted by the shear wall.
In this final project, most of building construction is planned with Building Frame System (SRG) with special concrete structure because the design of this building is located in high earthquake zone so all lateral load will be borne by the structural wall which has been listed on SNI 03-1726-2012 limiting the use of flat slab structure is more specific.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been done we found that the main frame of the building able to withstand lateral loads X and Y direction of each direction of 5.74% and 8.55% so that the requirements of Building Frame System fulfill.
From the analysis and the calculation results, we found that the flat slab is 30 cm in thickness, 300x300x10 cm panel drop dimension, 40/70 cm edge beam dimensions, 1-19 floor column dimensions are 100 x 100 cm with different f'c, thick shearwall 50 cm and there are 3 types of them. The foundation planned by using spun pile piles 60 cm with a depth of 30 m.
