Abstract

Saat ini di Indonesia sedang dalam proses perpindahan dari
sistem televisi analog ke sistem televisi digital dengan standar DVB-T2
(Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial Second Generation). Namun
dalam penataan kanal frekuensi saat ini bisa/perlu di tata kembali. Oleh
karena itu, Tugas Akhir ini membuat Rencana Rancangan Induk
(Masterplan) untuk penataan kanal frekuensi seluruh Indonesia.
Perancangan dilakukan dengan 3 metode. Metode 1 menggunakan kanal
frekuensi yang sama seluruh Indonesia. Metode 2 menggunakan kanal
frekuensi yang sama dalam satu pulau, tetapi menggunakan kanal
frekuensi yang berbeda antar pulau. Metode 3 menggunakan kanal
frekuensi yang sama dalam semua wilayah layanan dalam satu zona.
Dari ketiga metode tadi dibandingkan dengan penggunaan kanal
frekuensi yang sekarang. Jika menggunakan metode 1 lebih hemat 63%
dari kanal frekuensi yang digunakan sekarang, tetapi tidak mungkin
diterapkan, karena wilayah yang di cover seluruh Indonesia yang luas.
Sedangkan, metode 2 lebih hemat 15.74% dan bisa di terapkan di
Indonesia, karena daerah yang di cover satu pulau. Dan untuk metode 3
lebih hemat 12.31% dari penggunaan saat ini, bisa di terapkan karena
daerah yang di cover satu zona.

Currently in Indonesia is in the process of moving from analog
television system to digital television system with a standard DVB-T2
(Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial Second Generation). However,
the current frequency channel arrangement can / need in order back.
Therefore, this final project makes the Draft Master Plan for the
arrangement of frequency channels throughout Indonesia. The design is
done by three methods. Method 1 uses the same frequency channel
throughout Indonesia. Method 2 uses the same frequency channel in an
island but using different frequency channels between islands. Method 3
uses the same frequency channel in all areas of services in one zone. Of
the three methods was compared with the current frequency channel.
Results of design that has been done is the frequency channel on method
1 is more efficient 63% of frequency channels used today. But it may not
be applied, because the vast Indonesian territory. While the second
method is more efficient 15.74% and can be applied in Indonesia,
because the area in the cover of the island. And for a more efficient
method 3 is 12.31% of current use, can be applied because the area in
the cover of the zone.
