Abstract

Tujuan utama dari sistem traceability adalah untuk mencatat dan mendokumentasikan suatu produk termasuk seluruh bahan yang akan digunakan dalam proses produksinya. Dengan adanya sistem traceability yang baik, maka dapat meminimalisir jumlah produk yang direcall akibat tidak memenuhi kriteria halal. Perancangan sistem halal traceability menggunakan software ERP Odoo. Metode perancangan proses bisnis dan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode UML (Unified Modelling Language) untuk mempermudah pengembangan software halal traceability. Analisa kelayakan investasi menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Payback Period (PP) untuk mengetahui apakah software halal traceability layak atau tidak untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa software halal traceability layak untuk diimplementasikan. Dari hasil analisa sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa faktor produktivitas karyawan menjadi faktor yang paling sensitif dalam penerapan software halal traceability.

The main purpose of the traceability system is to record and document a product including all the materials that will be used in the production process. With the existence of a good traceability system, it can minimize the number of products recalled as a result of not meeting the halal criteria. Halal system traceability design using Odoo ERP software. The method of designing business processes and software uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method to facilitate the development of halal software traceability. Investment feasibility analysis using the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) methods to determine whether halal software traceability is feasible or not to be implemented. The analysis shows that halal traceability software is feasible to implement. From the results of sensitivity analysis shows that employee productivity factors become the most sensitive factor in the application of halal software traceability.
