Abstract

Perusahaan pembangkit listrik dituntut untuk selalu memproduksi listrik sesuai dengan demand yang ada. Diperlukan perawatan rutin alat-alat pembangkit agar dapat mencapai kesiapan, kehandalan, dan efisiensi pembangkit listrik yang merupakan target utama dalam proses bisnis unit pembangkitan. PT PJB UPHT merupakan unit bagian pemeliharaan yang melakukan Overhaul Maintenance khususnya pada Combuster Inspection (CI). UPHT telah berusaha melakukan Maintenance dengan perencanaan dan pengendalian pemeliharaan. Jika dilihat dari performance measurement unit, dengan model Overall Measure of Activity Maintenance data historis dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa indikator yang tidak memenuhi target, yaitu keterlambatan pekerjaan, pemborosan pekerjaan, evaluasi pekerjaan. Dengan kondisi tersebut dapat dikatakan aktifitas Overhaul Maintenance Combuster Inspection (CI) pada unit PLTGU Gresik masih kurang efektif karena terdapat waste dalam aktifitas proyek tersebut. Atas dasar itu, pekerjaan Maintenance Combuster Inspection (CI) perlu dianalisa untuk menurunkan durasi dengan cara mereduksi waste. Penurunan durasi difokuskan pada Critical Path aktifitas Overhaul yang mempunyai unsur waste. Analisa tersebut dilakukan dengan model performansi Lean melalui Overall Measure of Activity Maintenance yang kemudian dilakukan Value Stream Maintenance Mapping (VSMM). Dari VSMM didapatkan Current State Mapping (CSM) beserta data aktifitas Value Added, Non-Value Added, dan Necessary non-value added. Hasil eliminasi waste didapatkan Future State Mapping (FSM) yang kemudian dilakukan simulasi software ARENA 14.0. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan penurunan durasi proyek dari waktu 6,0086 hari (48,0688 jam) menjadi 4,9589 hari (39,6712 jam), atau sebesar 17,5%.

Electricity companies are required to always produce electricity in accordance with existing demand. Routine maintenance is needed for generating equipment in order to achieve readiness, reliability, and efficiency of power plants which are the main targets in the business process of the generation unit. PT PJB UPHT is a maintenance unit that carries out Maintenance Overhaul especially in Combustion Inspection (CI). UPHT has been trying to carry out maintenance with maintenance planning and control. When viewed from the performance measurement unit, with the Overall Measure of Activity Maintenance historical data model, it can be seen that there are several indicators that do not meet the target, namely work delays, work wastage, job evaluation. With these conditions it can be said that the Overhaul Maintenance Combuster Inspection (CI) activity in the Gresik PLTGU unit is still ineffective because there is waste in the project activities. On that basis, the Maintenance Combuster Inspection (CI) work needs to be analyzed to reduce the duration by reducing waste. The decrease in duration is focused on Critical Path Overhaul activities that have waste elements. The analysis was carried out with the Lean performance model through the Overall Measure of Activity Maintenance which was then carried out by Value Stream Maintenance Mapping (VSMM). From VSMM we obtain Current State Mapping (CSM) along with data on Value Added, Non-Value Added, and Necessary non-value added activities. The results of waste elimination obtained Future State Mapping (FSM) which was then simulated by ARENA 14.0 software. The simulation results show a decrease in the duration of the project from 6.0086 days (48.0688 hours) to 4.9589 days (39.6712 hours), or 17.5%.
