Abstract

Rampdoor adalah suatu konstruksi pintu rampa yang digunakan untuk akses keluar masuknya kendaraan yang akan diangkut kedalam kapal. Sistem penggerak dari rampdoor ada dua jenis yaitu dengan menggunakan sistem hidrolik dan sistem steel wire rope. Dalam halnya desain rampdoor pada kapal penumpang apabila desainnya terlalu berat maka dalam pengoprasiannya akan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan dapat berakibat mengganggu proses bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Sehingga pada proposal ini membahas mengenahi desain pada rampdoor dimana akan membandingkan kontruksi rampdoor menggunakan corrugated plate dengan rampdoor menggunakan plat baja biasa/ konvensional yang dimana dalam kontruksinya terdapat banyak penegar.
Dalam kajian ini membandingkan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari kedua kontruksi rampdoor, dan mensimulasikan model yang berjumlah tujuh model tersebut dengan program Solidwork dimana nilai dari tegangan, lengkungan, dan regangan dapat diketahui. Hasil dari pemodelan ramdoor menggunakan solidwork adalah berikut: 1[Plat Biasa nilai stress 235 MPa, displ 53.47 mm, strain 0.00281] 2[Corrugated Type A1 nilai stress 789 MPa, displ 233.2 mm, strain 0.02689] 3[Corrugated Type A2 nilai stress 396 MPa, displ 83.60 mm, strain 0.0150] 4[Corrugated Type A3 nilai stress 235 MPa, displ 58.65 mm, strain 0.00418] 5[Corrugated Type B1 nilai stress 283 MPa, displ 30.8 mm, strain 0.00712] 6[Corrugated Type B2 nilai stress 230 MPa, displ 27.8, strain 0.00421] 7[Corrugated Type B3 nilai stress 221 MPa, displ 34 mm, strain 0.002264].
Sedangkan untuk segi beratnya, model rampdoor plate biasa mempunyai nilai yang paling tinggi yakni 7,51 ton, sedangkan untuk model rampdoor yang paling ringan adalah model rampdoor Corrugatd Type B1 dengan nilai berat 4,45 ton. Kemudian untuk segi harga produksi rampdoor Corrugated Type A3 mempunyai nilai paling tinggi yakni Rp 268 juta, sedangkan untuk model rampdoor yang paling kecil biaya produksi adalah model rampdoor Corrugatd Type B1 dengan nilai Rp 164 juta. Dalam pembahassan proposal ini juga dijelaskan perhitungan mengenahai proses penutupan rampdoor, hasilnya sebagai berikut rampdoor 1[plate biasa 135 detik], 2[corrugated type A1 23 detik], 3[corrugated type A2 44 detik], 4[corrugated type A3 95 detik], 5[corrugated type B1 21 detik], 6[corrugated type B2 34 detik], 7[corrugated type B3 65 detik].
Dengan demikian rampdoor corrugated type A3 dapat menurunkan berat sebesar 5.4 % dan memercepat proses penutupan 38.1 detk dari rampdoor konvensional. Namun dari segi harga rampdoor corrugated type A3 lebih mahal 14% dari rampdoor plat biasa/konvensional.

Rampdoor is a construction that is used for access to and out of vehicles to be transported into the ship. There are two types of driving systems from rampdoor, namely by using a hydraulic system and a steel wire rope system. In the case of rampant design on passenger ships if the design is too heavy, the operation will require a long time and can result in disrupting the loading and unloading process at the port. So that this proposal discusses the design of rampant designs which will compare ramp construction using a corrugated plate with ramp using a conventional steel plate which has a lot of reinforcement in its construction.
In this study comparing the advantages and disadvantages of both indoor construction, and simulating a model that numbered seven models with the Solidwork program where the values of stress, curvature, and strain can be known. The results of ramdoor modeling using solidwork are as follows: 1 [Convensional stress value 235 MPa, displacement 53.47 mm, strain 0.00281] 2 [Corrugated Type A1 value stress 789 MPa, displ. 233.2 mm, strain 0.02689] 3 [Corrugated Type A2 stress value 396 MPa, displ. 83.60 mm, strain 0.0150] 4 [Corrugated Type A3 stress value 235 MPa, displ. 58.65 mm, strain 0.00418] 5 [Corrugated Type B1 stress value 283 MPa, displacement 30.8 mm, strain 0.00712] 6 [Corrugated Type B2 stress value 230 MPa, displ 27.8, strain 0.00421] 7 [Corrugated Type B3 stress value 221 MPa, displacement 34 mm, strain 0.002264].
Whereas in terms of weight, the ordinary ramp plate model has the highest value of 7.51 tons, while for the lightest outdoor model is the Corrugatd Type B1 indoor model with a weight of 4.45 tons. Then for the aspect of the price of the production of Indoor Corrugated Type A3 the highest value is Rp. 268 million, while for the rampdoor model the smallest production cost is the Corrugatd Type B1 indoor model with a value of Rp. 164 million. In the discussion of this proposal also explained the calculation of the ramp closure process, the results are as follows: 1[convensional 135 seconds], 2[corrugated type A1 23 seconds], 3[ corrugated type 44 seconds], 4[ corrugated type A3 95 seconds], 5[corrugated type B1 21 seconds], 6[corrugated type B2 34 seconds] , 7[corrugated B3 type 65 seconds].
Thus the corrugated A3 type can reduce weight by 5.4% and accelerate the closing process of 38.1 seconds from conventional ramp. But in terms of the price of the corrugated type A3 ramp, it is 14% more expensive than the conventional rampdoor.
