Abstract

Gangguan sering terjadi pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik.
Gangguan menyebabkan sistem distribusi tidak dapat menyalurkan
energi listrik (KWH) ke pelanggan. Untuk itu biasanya dipasang
pengaman pada peralatan di saluran distribusi. Kerugian karena
gangguan selama ini tidak sepenuhnya dihitung. Perhitungan kerugian
hanya dengan membandingkan KWH Jual dan KWH beli. Dalam tugas
akhir ini perhitungan kerugian dihitung ketika arus tidak mengalir dalam
jaringan dikalikan dengan lama gangguan yang terjadi.
Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibuat alat untuk membaca nilai arus
dan nilai tegangan kemudian ketika terjadi gangguan. Nilai arus dan
tegangan terakhir di input kan ke program Code Vision AVR untuk
mengetahui total kerugian selama gangguan pada tiga fasa. Saat
gangguan sudah selesai atau sudah ada input arus maka counter akan
berhenti dan total kerugian akan didapat. Proses ini juga ditampilkan ke
Human Machine Interface (HMI) yang interaktif sehingga dapat dilihat
status dari jaringan serta dapat dipantau juga nilai kerugian dan lama
gangguan secara realtime.
Dengan alat ini diharapkan dapat membantu PLN untuk
mengetahui jumlah kerugian selama gangguan dan bertindak cepat
untuk menangani gangguan tersebut. ========== Disorders often occur in the electricity distribution system.
Causing disruption of distribution systems can not distribute electrical
energy (KWH) to customers. For safety it is usually mounted on the
equipment in the distribution channel. Losses due to the disruption has
not fully calculated. Loss calculation only by comparing KWH selling
and buying. In this final calculation of losses is calculated as current
does not flow in the network multiplied by the long disturbance.
Based on this tool was made to read the value of current and
voltage values later when an interruption occurs. Final value of current
and voltage, input it into the program in Code Vision AVR to determine
the total losses for the three-phase interruption. When the interruption is
finished or already exists then the current input counter will stop and
the total losses will be obtained. This process is also shown to the
Human Machine Interface (HMI) that is interactive so can be seen as
well as the status of the network can be monitored also the value of the
old loss and disruption in realtime.
