Abstract

Dalam perancangan struktur gedung, pengaruh ketahanan
gempa merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dianalisa,
terutama bangunan-bangunan yang berada dalam wilayah yang
sering dilanda gempa besar. Mengingat bahwa wilayah kepulauan
Indonesia terletak didaerah yang rawan gempa, oleh karena itu,
diperlukan suatu perancangan yang baik terhadap bahaya gempa
serta mampu membatasi kerusakan gedung akibat gempa ringan
sampai sedang, sehingga masih dapat diperbaiki dan kerugian yang
terjadi tidak besar.
Struktur yang akan direncanakan adalah Gedung Rektorat
Unesa Lidah dan terletak di wilayah Surabaya. Pada pembahasan
Tugas Akhir, Gedung ini dimodifikasi menjadi 4 lantai dengan
panjang ± 38m dan lebar ± 38m. Berdasarkan hasil SPT, diketahui
bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah dengan kondisi tanah Sedang.
Dalam tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan struktur gedung beton
bertulang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen
Menengah (SRPMM). Metode ini merupakan metode perencanaan
struktur tahan gempa yang mengacu pada SNI 1726-2012. Karena
bangunan termasuk dalam katagori bangunan tidak beraturan, maka
perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan metode analisa
respon dinamik yaitu respon spektrum. Sedangkan perhitungan

pembebanan non gempa berdasarkan fungsi bangunan sesuai
dengan peraturan pembebanan Indonesia Untuk Bangunan Gedung
(PPIUG) 1983. Sedangkan perencanaan beton dan struktur pondasi
menggunakan Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk
Bangunan Gedung yang mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013 dan SNI
2847-2002.

In the design of the building structure, the influence of
earthquake resistance is one important thing to be analyzed,
especially buildings that are in a region that is frequently hit by
major earthquakes. Given that the Indonesian archipelago located
in the area that is prone to earthquakes. So, we need a good design
against earthquake hazard and be able to limit the damage to the
building caused by the earthquake of mild to moderate, so that they
can be improved and losses are not great.
Structure which will be planned is the Rector Building
Surabaya in Tongue and located in Surabaya. In the discussion of
final project, this building is modified into four floors with a length
of ±38m and width ± 38m. Based on the results of SPT, it is
known that the building was built on land with soil conditions
Medium. In this final project will be planned structure of reinforced
concrete building using Intermediate Moment Frame System
bearers (SRPMM). This method is a method of earthquake resistant
structural design which refers to SNI 1726-2012. Because the
building is included in the category of irregular buildings, the
planning burden caused by the earthquake dynamic response
analysis method that is the response spectrum. While the non

in accordance with the regulatory imposition Indonesia For
Building (PPIUG) 1983. While planning for concrete and
foundation structure using the Procedure for Calculation of
Concrete Structures for Buildings which refers to SNI 2847-2013
and SNI 2847-2002.
